Cappadocia Hot Air Balloon Flight

The day before at 8:30, I had not received information about the time they were picking us up from the hotel, so I had to contact them to get information about the pickup time; on the day of the trip, we were waiting at the lobby entrance at 4:55 since they had scheduled us for 5:00. Since they didn't come, I called and they said they hadn't found me, but I was there; they arrived ten minutes after my call, around 5:25. Once they picked us up, they took us to a gas station and we were there for 25-30 minutes waiting because they were waiting for authorization; later, they took us to the place where the balloons were, it had already dawned, so it was a disappointment. We took the flight at about 6 meters from the ground and were able to contemplate some wheat fields and not the valley, the Soğanlı Valley, which is what we had booked. During the trip, we had a scare because we saw that we were heading toward a medium-voltage power line and we passed it by about a meter. When I asked if they were going to refund part of our money, they told me that what we had booked was a balloon ride and that is what they were offering us for 150 euros, and that was a ride of about 5 to 10 meters high, looking at crop fields. I cannot confirm the time we were in the air, although my friend tells me it was about 20 minutes; since I was upset because we weren't going up, I cannot be sure of the time we spent flying over wheat fields. Our ticket said it was in Spanish and it was in English, so we had to get information through gestures.
