Canyoning Rio Verde from Nerja

We had an amazing time as a young couple at this activity, and our group was very mixed- this activity is certainly appropriate for a wide range of ages! Pick up and drop off were well organised, and the transport was very helpful. David was an incredible guide, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable at all times. He clearly explained the technique for every aspect of the activity, and always offered accommodating alternatives if the jump was too challenging. Overall, everyone in our group had a great time, and David brought amazing vibes and expert knowledge of the area. It was certainly a highlight of our holiday, would recommend!

Brilliant canyoning trip.!! Would highly recommend. Javier our guide was fantastic... he made it so much fun but we also felt very safe with him. He was able to deal with 3 adrenaline filled teenagers also.... It wasn’t their first canyoning trip and yet they haven't stopped talking about this one since! Thank you all.

Awesome!! Without hesitation, out of a 3-week trip to Andalusia, this experience will be one of our favorite moments. Our daughters (9 and 13 years old) are usually a bit timid, but they loved this. The appropriate difficulty level, the breaks, the backup plans, and especially the professionalism and excellent kindness of Javi and Óscar made the whole excursion unforgettable for the children as well as for the adults. Indeed, you do need a normal to good physical condition to enjoy it. The rental shoes are frankly welcome if you do not have good sports shoes that support the ankle and foot and have a minimum of tread so you don't slip when walking in the water. Frankly, a wonderful activity!!

What a great day!! We booked directly with company, very smooth. A group of 10, 7 adults and 3 teenagers. Got picked up by the 2 guides in Nerja and then it was about 1 hour drive. The drive to the canyon was an experience in itself, fantastic scenery. The hike to the start took about 40mins. Not difficult but need a reasonable level of fitness. At the end of the hike we put the wet suits on and started the canyoning. It was awesome! Several high jumps, sliding, repelling and swimming. We all had a great time, it’s the perfect outing for an active group. Adrenaline and fun. Our guides Javier and Franc were great, very helpful and very professional. Looked after us perfectly. Highly recommend!

We’ve been coming to Nerja for over 20 years and wanted to try something different. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience. Booked directly with company and their communication via WhatsApp was very efficient. Picked up in Nerja the journey to the canyon is and experience in itself along windy rough roads with amazing scenery. The hike to the start took about 40mins. Not difficult but need a reasonable level of fitness. The canyoning was amazing- jumps, slides, ropework and swimming. Stunning scenery and wonderful fun. We did the basic level one - next time might try the more advanced one! Our guide was friendly, funny and very professional. Looked after us perfectly. To round it off we had a lovely cold beer and some snacks.
