All activities take place in Puerto Morelos. Combine adrenaline, adventure and your skills within the Mayan jungle on an ecological tour immersed in the jungle. Enjoy a horseback ride through the Mayan jungle, ATVs, a zipline circuit, an interactive cenote with 2 ziplines and a jumping platform, lunch with refreshing drinks included and a rest area.

Pickup Locations & Times
- You will receive your pick-up time one day before the tour. Each hotel has a different pick-up time, so please check your email, including your spam folder. - If we cannot pick you up at your accommodation, we will assign you the meeting point closest to your hotel. - Meeting points for travelers staying at Airbnbs, hotels outside our pickup area, or any location we cannot reach: - Meeting point in Cancun: Outside the One Cancun Centro Hotel on Avenida Tulum - Meeting point in Playa del Carmen: Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen - Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, and Puerto Aventuras: There is no pickup at any hotel or Airbnb; the meeting point is at Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen. - The pickup time is determined according to your location and tour availability. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as their pickup location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the One Cancun Centro meeting point. - For the Playa del Carmen area, reservations are subject to availability. - Depending on availability and your hotel's location, the pickup time may change. - We do not offer pickup service from Airbnbs or private addresses.

- This is a shared guided group tour and activities are done at intervals.
- This tour is NOT private, it is a shared tour and there may be lines or waiting times.
- If you are late or do not show, no refund is offered.
- Subject to availability, changes or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an extra charge of USD 15 per person.
- Extra charges for the purchase of souvenirs, photos, or any other purchases may have an additional amount of 16% VAT. Any extra charges during the experience are completely unrelated to our company.
- Our company is not responsible for guarantees or charges for inclusions not mentioned in the contracted package, such as souvenirs, photos and any extra purchases during the tour inside and outside our facilities.
- Once inside the park, the activities take approximately 4 hours, which may vary depending on the weather and other factors. In addition, the transfer time to and from your hotel must be considered.
- If you are bringing a baby between 1 and 3 years old, you must mention it in your reservation.

I didn't like the experience because you weren't able to take your cellphone with you. Rather, they want you to lock up your cellphone and pay $50.00 for their staff to take it for you to pay.
The tour description clearly states that, for safety reasons, you cannot use your cellphone; this way, travelers know what to expect even before booking—but evidently, you simply booked blindly and didn't read it.
The overall experience was satisfactory, but the booking company provided an unsatisfactory experience. The excessive number of bookings on the same day resulted in prolonged waiting periods due to the large crowds, extending the experience from the intended 4 hours to 6-8 hours. Furthermore, the tour operator, Alberto A, exhibited unprofessional behavior by disregarding my messages and failing to respond. This made a stressful birthday experience.
This was by far one of the worst excursions I’ve ever been on. They constantly harassed everyone about not bringing their phones because they wanted to force people into buying their overpriced photos instead. To make matters worse, when it was time to leave, the organization was a complete disaster. They skipped our name multiple times, even after we had already checked in, and made us wait well over an hour for transportation back after being on the excursion all day. It was hot, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. The customer service was terrible. Several employees had nasty attitudes and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. Temo, in particular, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and came across as racist in the way he treated us. No one should be made to feel that way while on vacation. The food was just as disappointing bland, tasteless, and not worth eating. Overall, the entire experience was poorly managed, unprofessional, and felt like a money grab from start to finish. I would not recommend this excursion to anyone..
Wow, it seems like everything around you is negative, even the air you breathe. Of course, being in Cancun on vacation, it's obvious it will be hot. The tour description clearly states that cell phones are not allowed for safety reasons. Evidently, you booked without reading it. Anyway, it's difficult to have a dialogue and reach a positive outcome for both parties when one of them sees everything negatively. Good luck with your next tours.

My husband and I booked this park for a fun adventure on our honeymoon. The experience was amazing. The guide was great, funny and made it a great time. The zip lining moved smooth and was very fun! The ATVs were so much fun and the ride lasted for awhile! The Cenote was the best part. So much fun and beautiful. Lunch was provided with our booking; Chicken fajitas which were amazing! Overall 10/10 would recommend.

This was a great experience. Everything, the ziplining, the atv, horseback riding, cenote swim( a little short), was all fun. The food for lunch was awesome. The only negative was how we were rushed through lunch by our driver, and did not even get a chance to look at the souvenirs or check out the photos for sale.
