We are an eco-tourism park located on the Cenote Route in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. Our park offers a wide range of fun-filled activities for the whole family, including ATV rides, zip lines, suspension bridges, cenote exploration, and traditional Mayan cuisine. We take pride in being a family-friendly park, where guests of all ages can enjoy the natural beauty of our surroundings while experiencing exciting outdoor activities. Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup is included and optional. Pickup from Playa del Carmen is only available for the morning schedule. If your hotel is located outside our pickup area, a central meeting point will be recommended during reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel so we can arrange the closest pickup location and time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, you will be asked to go to the nearest meeting point. Please check the list of hotels on the checkout page to confirm if your hotel is included among the available pickup locations. Pickup usually occurs up to 100 minutes before the activity start time, depending on traffic and distance from the park. Your exact pickup time will always be confirmed by one of our team members, so please keep an eye on your messages or phone.

Driver who picked us up was driving so fast everyone in the van was afraid. Even people not with my party. We asked him to SLO down and he didn’t. Not ok to drive like that and put us all in danger. We are on vacation and paid for this and should have been able to relax and feel safe. I was sick from the ride and had to miss out on zip lining. Few staff members were ok but the head guy kept bugging us saying we didn’t return the locker key but we did. The whole experience was stressful and I would not recommend. We have been in many excursions and this was the worst. Had to wait over an hour to come back. I emailed the company we purchased from complaining about our issues and the driver driving erratically. On the way back they had another employee in passenger seat and he slept the whole time (he was actually the only one that treated us with respect though)
Rodrigo was an excellent guide. ATV was such a cool experience and the cenote was refreshing.
Skinny was an awesome tour guide. My group had a blast.

It was amazing my favorite part was zip lining and the ATV the cenote was great to experience as well 10/10 highly recommend

We got taken to the wrong location, the first time they tried to get us to swim in a cenote that was not the one advertised and it was all green and dirty water. T after complaining for a while, they took us on a 30 minute drive in a hot car with no condition to the right location and it allow us to swim in that one.

Having to spend an additional 30 minutes traveling in a hot vehicle without air conditioning only made the situation more frustrating. We're glad that, after bringing the issue to our team's attention, you were ultimately taken to the correct location and able to enjoy the cenote you expected. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, confusion, and discomfort along the way. Your comments regarding the location coordination and transportation conditions are important, and we'll share them with our operations team so they can review what happened and help prevent this from happening to future guests. Danny Flo was a great tour guide for the ATV and zip lining excursion. Alexis at the tequila tasting was informative and fun. I would 10/10 do it again.

Sol was an incredible guide! She was super friendly and funny! Had awesome music playing the whole time and kept everybody engaged even the folks that were nervous about the zip lines. At the end it was a fun experience and didn’t feel rushed.

We did the quad bike, cenote, and zipline tour with a friend, it was really great!!! For the price around here, you don't really find similar things apart from the Xcaret parks which cost much more. A great afternoon, the driver was lovely and the guide Dani on site was super nice!!! We really don't regret it. Thanks again to the whole team 🫶🇲🇽

Danny was our tour guide and he was fantastic. He was very nice and explained everything super well and made our experience very fun. I paid $47 for ATV, Zip Lining and Cenote and loved the activities
