James, We have the records that we tried to move the dates of your tour as much as we could but due to your availability it could not be done. The time you reported the change was not enough to give you a refund and you also insulted my staff saying "You can stick your beans up your ass you greedy fuc*&^" We have everything from messages you sent us. People like you don't do tourism any good. Please don't contact us ever again. In any case, you wish you had a nice experience in Ecuador.
