Pickup Locations & Times

Hotel Transportation: If you selected transportation, please provide the name of your hotel at the time of booking. Your pickup time will be confirmed after we receive your reservation, as pickup times vary depending on your hotel location. Please be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Your driver will arrive in a shared transportation van to take you to the marina. Transportation must be reserved and confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour date to ensure service. Marina Meeting Point: Guests making their own way to the marina may check in directly at Gali Plaza. If hotel information is not provided at the time of booking, this will also be your meeting point. Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour departure time at Gali Plaza, Local 39, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, directly across from the entrance to Hotel Sandos Finisterra. Cruise Ship Guests: Cruise guests are welcome! Please make your way to Gali Plaza in the Cabo San Lucas marina area and arrive 30 minutes before departure. If your ship is tendering, please allow enough time to come ashore and reach the meeting point.

• Cruise departure times vary by season: 4:30 PM from September 1 through April 30 and 5:30 PM from May 1 through August 31.
• Travel time is included in the schedule. Hotel pickups will begin approximately one hour prior to the tour.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
• This tour is available with or without transportation. Please select your preferred option when booking.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available with the transportation option from Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, and San José del Cabo.
• Guests with confirmed transportation should be in their hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before their scheduled pick-up time.
• Guests who select the tour without transportation must arrive at the Gali Plaza check-in location at least 20 minutes before departure.
• Vegetarian tacos are available upon request. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
• Children are welcome, although most guests on this experience are adults.
• The tour takes place on the water and is subject to weather and sea conditions.
• We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater during the cooler months, as it can feel cooler on the water after sunset.
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for a boat.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available with the transportation option from Cabo San Lucas, the Tourist Corridor, and San José del Cabo.
