Some of the highlights being el Islote, el Bajo, los Cantiles and a shipwreck, "El Colima", which was a tuna boat sunk by a storm in 1939 whose pilothouse and hull are now covered in corals, green anemones and a few dazzling nudibranchs! This spectacular dive site is one of the most incredible places in the world for diving and can be best enjoyed through responsible diving. This marine sanctuary is home to over 200 species of fish and sea life including big-eyed jacks, snappers, porkfish, large schooling fish, sea turtles and much more!

The staff were helpful and kind. However, they continue to hold live dolphins in a small pool for visitors. If I had of known I would not have booked. You can can book directly with other dive operators at the park just need to sort out transport there.
Slightly disorganized operation using third party operators it seems. The driver, Eugenio, was great. Once we arrived to the third party in Cabo Pulmo, the trailers tire broke (it’s ok it happens) but we waited over an hour to get on the water. Someone working let us use their Go Pro for a fee, which was very kind. Our guide swam so fast through rough current to the pint that she lost everyone in our group and nobody could see her. My BCD was broken and was unnoticed until after we got on the smallest boat I’ve ever rode (dove with multiple other dive shops in Cabo with no complaints). They tied it into a knot and said it was the best they could do. Guide took us to the wrong spot where there was lots of current, surfaced out of nowhere, and then told everyone to get back on the boat without explaining what happened. First dive site was poor.

I was the only participant as as the 4 other people cancelled. When we got to cabo plumo the dive shop was getting things ready and took my gear on the boat. I met the boat at the beach and they were putting together my gear. Got on the boat and did two wonderful dives, got to shore and went back to the dive shop for lunch. About 1/2 hour later the boat arrived and I was getting my gear off and noticed that my stuff bag for my BCD was missing. When I asked about it they told me they did not have it. Finally, after insisting, the DM came back and said it was aboard the boat when they were assembling my gear but they must have lost it. He said to tell Cabo Adventures to contact him and they would figure out what to to. Cabo Adventures did nothing! They took my number and just looked confused when I asked them about the situation. I was the only person on the boat and they lost my travel bag, then just ignored me. Not only carless but no accountability. I would like to give a shout out to Cressi, who I contacted and so generously replaced my bag for me. This is not something you can buy, and though it is not an expensive item, when you travel with your gear it is good to have it protected.

Excellent dive option while in Cabo. So much better than Cabo San Lucas diving. This a protected reef with an abundance of coral and sea life.

Unforgettable Scuba Diving Adventure in Cabo Pulmo – 10/10! We had an incredible trip to Cabo Pulmo for scuba diving—truly one of the top highlights of our travels. With just four divers on the boat, it was an intimate, relaxed experience that felt safe and perfectly guided from start to finish. The sea was a bit rough and visibility wasn’t ideal, but it didn’t matter—the reef was absolutely teeming with life. It was like diving in a massive, living aquarium. We saw majestic bull sharks, huge schools of fish, and countless vibrant marine species. It was breathtaking. One thing that really stood out was how well-managed the marine sanctuary is by the Mexican authorities. Their care and commitment to preserving this pristine, protected environment is obvious—and deeply appreciated. It’s a model for how marine conservation should be done. The dive master and boat captain were exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about diving. The boat was well-stocked with drinks and snacks, and everything was set up for a smooth, comfortable dive. Afterwards, we were treated to a homemade lunch at a quiet local spot—a small restaurant run by a kind mother and daughter team. The fish and beef tacos were simply amazing—fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. A perfect way to end a perfect dive day. I’ve dived all over the world, and I would confidently put Cabo Pulmo in my top 10 dive sites globally. I’ll absolutely be back—and will dive with this operator again without hesitation. Truly a world-class experience.

The Cabo Pulmo 2 tank scuba dive excursion offered by Cabo Adventures is the absolute best. We have taken this excursion 8 times in the past 4 years and will continue to do so in the future. The dive master, Carlos, with Costa Coral and the boat Capitan, Jesus are unparalleled in professionalism and personality keeping all divers safe and well informed. They know the reefs intimately. Our drivers (especially Cirilo) go beyond driving and are most helpful in ensuring a delightful experience. The lunch served is amazingly fresh and delicious. A 10 star excursion!!!

First off, my driver Gil was very helpful and knowledgeable! Also, funny at times. I enjoyed the conversations with him to and from the event! On the diving portion, we got to see a lot of marine life and the dive master did a great job leading both dives. I definitely will recommend and attend this event again!!!
