It was a super good experience, the guide was exceptional and we loved it, we learned a lot and also the tour inside the museum was excellent
Vivi was an excellent guide. She is a subject matter expert on the topic. The tour is highly recommended.
This is a SCAM ! we paid 700 dollars (family of 7) for what was promised an air conditioned car with driver, 16 places to visit. The tour guide showed up on her motorcycle. On our tour she Stopped to get herself water then went to get money from the ATM machine while we waited in the hot sun. We WALKED 2 hours in 96 degree weather through the crowded Athens. She showed us total of no more than 4 spots even though 16 were promised. She raced if front of us no consideration that needed to cross the very busy streets safely. Was not fluent in English and read the museum captions to us. Raced through the museum. Tour was promised 4 hours and was only 2. We asked about other places she said “we could take the metro” Total scam ! They refused to refund us even though when we called Viator to complain they said they would refund then we got an email refusing to refund us.
There was not an air conditioned car promised! Please read carefully the description of the tour! If the weather was not suitable for you, you should have cancelled it! I got money from the ATM to pay the entarnce to the museum. I didnt just read the captions to the museum, but I told you the stories of three important personalities of the War of Independence. You ve asked me quesstions about our system of elections and I answered. You could have asked me more, if you were interested in other exhibits in the museum. Because you keep on telling lies about the tour I wonder if somebody else ( pex another company) has put you to do that ! In that case, we must ask for a lawyer's advice.
Very interesting and informative tour of various Byzantine and Ottoman sites in Athens. We also went to an interesting museum with artifacts and information from the Greek war of independence.
Fascinating ! Very informative and not the first choice of a lot of people but teaches about an important part of the greek identity .
