Apart from extreme emotions after the successful landing, which I recommend everyone to experience, the care from the team is truly exemplary. Already during the transfer to the location, the driver sincerely tried to alleviate the moderate panic and worries of a person affected by a fear of heights. Really all employees are super nice, showed genuine empathy, and accompanied me during the preparations right up to the actual jump with motivating conversations and such sympathy as if I were the only customer ever for them. Not least because of this, it was surprisingly easy for me to finally plunge into the depths. Below, I was received like a hero of the day with cheering and enthusiastic shouts. All in all a very positive experience. Clear recommendation also for the scaredy-cats like me.

Skypark Cairns is Australia's only permanent bungy jump site and the only place on Earth where you can choose from 16 different jump styles at a single location. The platform sits 50 metres above a UNESCO World Heritage rainforest with uninterrupted views across to the Great Barrier Reef. AJ Hackett invented modern bungee jumping. Absolutely first-class experience

Excellent experience!
I might be biased, being a bit of an adrenalin-junkie, but this was truly awesome, would highly recommend the bungy jump experience to anyone visiting Cairns and the surrounding area. Super friendly staff, and I felt really safe and supported the whole time (yes, even plummeting 50m through the air!). It's worth getting the photo package as well, even if it seems a little expensive.

Awesome experience
Amazing experience. Staff are welcoming and supportive. Only downside is the public transport option, especially going out of the area, Difficult to get a cab.

Great experience
Nice facilities, went on a sat and queue times were very small. Mina was great, very informative and helped me understand everything I could do and was doing. Even waiters for me and I get back in the bus home .

Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Came as a group for a bucks party, and had excellent communication over email to book the event and discuss what would best suit our needs. Then very professional and well ran organisation on the day, no complaints at all!
