Description
This experience goes beyond a meal—it’s a deep dive into Argentina’s asado culture!
You don’t just taste the food; you light the fire, manage the embers, learn the logic behind each cut, and understand why timing is everything on the parrilla.
Along the way, you take part in a vermut workshop, preparing your own drink as locals do during the asado “previo,” while sharing stories, wine, and traditions.
Led by local experts, this hands-on, social, and unhurried experience blends real food, cultural insight, and participation, offering an authentic taste of how Argentines truly gather, cook, and celebrate.

The famous Argentine barbecue!
Great Argentine barbecue! The guide was excellent, friendly and happy to answer all of our questions. He taught us every step of preparing the Argentine asado, explaining not only how to cook the different cuts of meat but also the customs and techniques behind it. The best part was that we did everything ourselves!
At the end, we all sat down to enjoy the meal we had prepared, and the food was excellent. It was very satisfying to enjoy an authentic asado that we had made ourselves.
