Wrong terminal drop off
The driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal. When I called dispatch she told me there was nothing she could do for me.

Very smooth ride
Very smooth ride to the airport in a spotless late model Tesla. Our driver Oliver was charming, helpful and an excellent driver. I felt very comfortable with the reliability of this service. You pay a little more than with Bolt or a taxi, but the experience is worth it IMO.

Be aware of your transfers in Budapest
I pay for 4 persons to be transfer from Budapest airport to the hotel. My flight was cancel and change my time of arrival. The provider charge me again for my transportation even that I already pay for it . We were 4 persons and I ended up paying for 5 persons. Very disappointed….

Thank you for your review. We were waiting for you at the airport according to your voucher. Our driver provided the transfer for your family accordingly, punctuality. Then you noted us you will arrive 3 hours later on a separate flight and you need an extra transfer on the same day at a separated time, we made all the arrangements immediately for you. For both of the transfers a VIP Mercedes V class was provided. We are very disappointed if it was a surprise that if you need an extra car for a separate time it is not for free of charge. We do respect every reservation, every guests and we immediately made all the arrangements accordingly to your wishes. Thank you for your choosing our services . Have a wonderful holiday here
