Nice tour, nice Dutch-speaking guide.

Great tour!
Great bike tour with Lazlo! He was interesting and informative. Just the right amount of info! Biking let us see more and move quicker . Most of the area we were on side roads and parks. There was one street we were on busy road in bike lane but was a bit intimidating since the cars and bus were very close too you if you are not used to biking in traffic. It was still a Very enjoyable tour!

Thanks a lot for your nice words. We try to avoid traffic, wherever it is possible, but it is still a capital city with lots of cars..😉, but over 90% of the route are almost without cars in designated areas for bikes..

Disappointing!!
As much as out tour guide was informative about the spots we visited, I found hom rude and arrogant! Limiting the amount of questions asked ( which I believe were minimal), he also mocked my Australia accent ! Which admittedly is awful compared to the beautiful tones of European speakers. He needed to visit the supermarket and told us to take photos in his absence. He also sped soooo fast at the end of the hour that I struggled to keep up, crossing very busy roads and having to negotiate intersections on my own. Not happy :(

Sorry, for your bad experience, having lived in Brisbane, I love the Australian accent a lot. I checked all our bookings and I could not find yours, so maybe you did this tour with another bike Tour company. Do you remember the name of your tour guide? I can not imagine that one of our guides could be that rude, if yes, my sincere apologies..

It is an absolute shame if you come to Budapest and skip this!!!
We learned an incredible amount about the history of Budapest on this guided bike tour. The cycling was pleasant, a very beautiful route covered and things seen that you never would have known existed. Ward was the best guide we could have wished for!! Thanks Ward!
