Our tour guide suggested...

Our tour guide suggested starting at an earlier time than we booked the morning of due to the ticket office for the Basillica closing earlier. This would have been nice to know before the day of. Otherwise, Andrea was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. She was much more authentic than other guides and we learned a lot of history.

Budapest done right!

We had such a wonderful experience with our guide, Petra. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly throughout the tour. Her passion for Budapest really shone through as she gave us a fantastic overview of the city’s history and culture, answering all of our questions with enthusiasm and clarity. The strudel and coffee were absolutely delicious and made for the perfect addition to an already excellent experience. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Budapest, it’s a fantastic way to get to know this beautiful city.

Take this tour, it's a must!

Anita was absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend Anita and this tour: she was so very informative and accommodating of our wishes. She even helped us find some rare Hungarian fabric, which we managed to purchase the following day. Thank you so very much for a wonderful afternoon.

Andrea the hidden gem of Budapest!

Our guide Andi met us in the lobby of the Marriott. From the minute she introduced herself with a warm infectious smile, we knew we were going to have a great 4 hours of walking. She covered the Buda side first at our request since the day before we did lots of Pest on our own. We learned so much and even little things that other people we knew who toured the day before with someone else didnt know. She then brought us to places on the Pest side we didnt visit. She was so knowledgeable, professional and could answer all our questions. The 4 hours flew by and we felt as if we made a new friend! The Best of Europe connected us to an outstanding gem for our tour guide. We highly recommend her for your tour of Budapest!
