Book this one!

This was easily the best tour I’ve had in Europe! Our guide Balint was friendly, informative, and fun. He taught us a lot about the history and present day of Hungary. We used public transportation part of the time, so the walk wasn’t bad at all. It was just the right length. The strudel stop is delightful. Don’t miss this tour!

Put On Your Walking Shoes and Go See Budapest!

If you only have a limited time in Budapest and you want to hit nearly all the highlights, lace up your comfortable walking shoes, grab a water bottle and take this tour! Petra was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide, who managed to be informative, fun and a great photographer 😀. The strudel stop was perfectly timed and also excellent. When we stood at the top of the Fisherman's Bastian and saw how much of Budapest we were able to see in four hours by foot (with a little help from the metro and bus) it was impressive. Can't recommend this tour (or Petra) enough.

We learned much about the history and culture of Budapest from a genuine local with a great passion for and interest in Budapest. It was great to see around and learn about both sides of the river and she was very knowledgeable and gave us great insights and recommendations. Overall a good introduction to Budapest for first time visitors. Than you Monika.

Fantastic tour with Petra

We thoroughly enjoyed this day tour of Budapest. Petra was an excellent tour guide and we enjoyed learning about Budapest and Hungary’s rich history with her. We travelled all over Budapest visiting famous landmarks using their excellent transit system. The strudel stop was also a fun way to break up the tour and there was such a variety of strudels we were able to sample. Overall, the length of the tour was just right and the tour structure was very logical and well thought out. This tour is definitely a must do for visitors with a limited time in the city or for those who want an introduction to the amazing landmarks to help them decide where to spend more time on their stay.
