The driver was waiting for me as stated at baggage claim and got me to my hotel without issue it was a great ride

Great company.
Our flight was very delayed (7 hours) but the company went out of its way to make sure we had a ride to our hotel. Our driver was so kind waiting while we filled a lost baggage chain. I highly recommend this company.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. He told us about the relevant places between the airport and the JW Marriott Hotel. Communication was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending the transfer service.

I highly recommend them! My connecting flight was canceled but they were extremely flexible with my new arrival flight. Excellent communication from them and they provide specific instructions where to find your driver at the airport.

When you pay a lot of...
When you pay a lot of money for a transfer we figured the driver would have been tracking our flight. He was 20 minutes late for the airport because there was no parking. Then we had to walk from the L exit all the way to the hilton garden inn parking lot very dissatisfied that that happened. The driver was very pleasant. It wasn't his fault.
