Busan High School of Arts is a specialized arts high school that educates students in various artistic fields. The school provides high-level education particularly in modern dance, fine arts, and music, and is known for being the alma mater of BTS's Jimin. Jimin majored in modern dance at Busan High School of Arts and made history by becoming the first student to be admitted as the top of his entire department. He later moved to Seoul to pursue his dream of becoming a K-pop star. Busan High School of Arts not only recognized Jimin's talent and contributions during his time at the school but also honored him afterward by awarding him an honorary diploma. Additionally, Jimin has shown continuous support for his alma mater by making several donations. He donated new desks and chairs for all 1,200 students and provided scholarships to students in need, supporting them in various ways

60 min

Seodong Maze Market, a traditional market with a history spanning approximately 40 years, is renowned for its intricate maze-like alleyways. The market is adorned with murals and artworks created by local artists, making it a vibrant and visually captivating destination. This market is a beloved spot for both locals and tourists, offering a variety of traditional foods and fresh produce. Street food favorites like tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and gimbap (Korean sushi rolls) are particularly popular here. A must-visit for BTS fans is Matna Bunsik, a snack shop frequently visited by Jimin during his childhood.

Oryukdo Skywalk
60 min

One of the must-visit attractions in Busan is the Oryukdo Skywalk, a place that holds a special connection to BTS's Jimin. Oryukdo, which translates to "Five-Six Island," is known for its unique geological feature where the number of visible islands changes with the tide. The Skywalk is a glass-bottom bridge built on a coastal cliff, offering stunning views of the sea and the surrounding islets. In early 2015, Jimin visited Oryukdo and shared his experience through a video log, making this spot a significant location for BTS fans. Since then, many fans have visited Oryukdo, retracing Jimin's steps and taking photos at the same spot where he filmed

Busan Gamcheon Culture Village
60 min

Gamcheon Culture Village was established on the mountainside as refugees flocked to Busan during and after the Korean War, causing the population to surge from 400,000 to 1 million. Today, Gamcheon Culture Village is known as the "Santorini of Korea" or the "Machu Picchu of Busan," filled with brightly colored houses and artistic creations. The village features murals and sculptures created by artists, offering a visual delight for visitors. This village holds a special place for BTS fans. Murals of Jimin and Jungkook are located within the village, allowing fans to follow in their footsteps and enjoy taking photos at these popular spots

Busan Citizens Park
30 min

Busan Citizens Park is a significant location for BTS fans, particularly due to its association with V (Kim Taehyung). V visited the park in June 2019 during BTS's "5th Muster" fan meeting in Busan. He shared photos of his visit on social media, which quickly went viral among ARMYs (BTS's fan club). This led to the creation of a dedicated photo zone within the park, known as "V Road," where fans can take pictures at the exact spot V did. The park itself is one of the largest in Busan, offering a variety of attractions such as walking paths, water features, and art installations. It used to be a US military base known as Camp Hialeah until it was transformed and opened to the public in 2014.

60 min

Magnate is a popular café in Busan that holds a special connection to BTS, particularly to Jimin. This café is owned by Jimin's father, which has made it a must-visit spot for BTS fans, also known as ARMY. The café is decorated with various memorabilia, including Jimin’s hat collection. Fans often visit Magnate to enjoy the cozy atmosphere, delicious pastries, and beverages, while feeling a closer connection to Jimin and his family. The café has become a symbolic place where fans can gather, share their love for BTS, and enjoy a piece of Jimin's personal history.

My guide for the BTS...

My guide for the BTS landmarks tour was Mia. She was absolutely amazing! She was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. She was professional and very sweet. (She also played BTS in the background while driving from one place to another, which was cool). She paced the tour in an easygoing manner, letting me experience everything to the fullest. Mia took the time to explain the history of each landmark we visited. She answered my many questions about South Korea with great enthusiasm. You can tell she loves what she does and loves Busan. She made sure that I received the total experience of visiting these iconic landmarks. Mia incorporated many fun activities along the way. For example, she helped me recreate the iconic photo of V in the park with the umbrella. We fed koi fish, and had lunch at a food market that Jimin frequented as a child. We also visited Jimin's father's cafe and sat and had coffee. Mia also left time for me to do some shopping for souvenirs, to remember this incredible tour. She also happily snapped a ton of pictures for me! I would absolutely recommend this tour. And if you can get Mia as your guide, you will have the most amazing experience!

Operator response

Your enthusiasm for exploring the history, culture, and iconic spots of our city means a lot to us. It was a genuine pleasure welcoming you, and we sincerely hope these precious memories stay with you for a very long time. Wishing you wonderful adventures wherever your travels take you next!

4 Hours is Long Enough for This Tour

We signed up for a 4 hour BTS highlight tour. Our tour guide talked us into 6 hours and we had to get out extra cash to pay the difference. Would have been great if there were six hours of highlights but honestly the four would have been enough. The fish market was a bit unnecessary since I don’t see a BTS connection. In short, DON’T get talked into the longer session, save yourself the 130,000 won.

Operator response

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the extended tour did not meet your expectations. According to our guide, your group expressed an interest in visiting additional locations, including Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, and Gukje Market. Based on your request, the tour was extended beyond the original 4-hour itinerary. Before continuing, the guide explained that the tour would be upgraded to our full-day (8-hour) private tour, and your group agreed to the additional charge of KRW 120,000. Later in the tour, your group mentioned that you were feeling tired and preferred to return to your accommodation earlier than originally planned. We, of course, respected your wishes and ended the tour after approximately six hours. We regret that this led to a different impression than intended. We appreciate your feedback and will ensure that any future tour extension options are communicated even more clearly to avoid any misunderstanding. Thank you again for visiting Busan, and we wish you all the best.

10/10 Recommend This Experience

I had an absolute blast and a half with Dylan! He was very professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable about Korean history in the surrounding areas, very helpful with taking pictures, and even helped me translate in the market when I was shopping for a hanbok. As a young, solo traveler, he made me feel incredibly safe. 10/10 recommend this tour for anyone visiting Busan. It was well worth every penny and I will be booking again when I come back with my family!

Operator response

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Elise! It was an absolute pleasure spending the day with such an energetic and enthusiastic traveler. Your curiosity, positive attitude, and sense of adventure made the tour just as enjoyable for me as I hope it was for you. I'm especially happy to hear that you felt safe and comfortable exploring Busan on your own. Helping you discover BTS landmarks, local history, and even find the perfect hanbok was truly a lot of fun! Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. I look forward to welcoming you back to Busan one day—perhaps next time with your family! Warm regards, Dylan Korea Go Tours

Great deal for long tour day- up to 8 guests!

This tour hit all the main spots ARMY would want to visit on a trip to Busan. Dylan was an entertaining tour guide and shared also about the culture and history of Busan. We got more than just a BTS tour. Dylan was also flexible in allowing us to add extra ARMY to our tour last minute to share in the experience

Operator response

Dear Norma It was truly a pleasure to spend the day with you. Your group had such youthful energy—full of positivity, laughter, and great vibes. I genuinely enjoyed every moment with you all. I do feel a bit regretful that I couldn’t sing the BTS songs properly for you—but next time, I’ll make sure to be better prepared and give you a proper performance! 😄 Until we meet again, take care and keep spreading that amazing energy! Warmest regards Dylan

Best day in Busan with Sandalos as our guide

Sandalos, Was the best guide we could have asked for. He tailored the day around what we wanted to do and even drove to many Composs Coffeehouses so I could find V cup sleeves. He spoke great English and helped my friend with her Koren. Had a great day, well worth the money. Busan I so big we would have been lost if we had just gone by ourselves.

Operator response

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're so happy to hear that you had the best day in Busan with Sandalos. He really is a thoughtful and flexible guide, and we're glad he made sure you had time to explore all the Composs Coffeehouses you wanted! Busan can definitely feel big and overwhelming, so it’s wonderful that Sandalos helped make it enjoyable and smooth for you. Wishing you and your friend many more amazing adventures—please come visit us again anytime! 😊 Warmest regards, Dylan Korea Go Tours

Excellent Busan experience!

Amazing time with Dylan! This is my family’s second time taking this tour, and we had an excellent time again despite the rainy weather. Can’t recommend this tour enough, best way to experience Busan, especially if you are a BTS fan!

Operator response

Thank you so much for your warm and thoughtful review! It was such a joy to see your family again—and even with the rainy weather, sharing another day with you all made it truly special. Your smiles, energy, and love for BTS brought so much happiness to the tour. It means the world to me that you came back for a second time. I hope the memories we made together this time will be just as meaningful (or maybe even more so!). Until we meet again, please take care and know that Busan—and I—will always be happy to welcome you back. With heartfelt thanks, Dylan

Unforgettable BTS Tour with a Heartfelt Touch

What can I say… this was truly one of the highlights of our South Korea trip! Dylan is incredibly friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable, and especially thoughtful toward our elderly BTS fan. He adjusted the itinerary to suit our pace and preferences, offering helpful suggestions along the way. It didn’t feel like we were touring with a guide, but rather with a friend who was genuinely passionate about showing us around. By the end of the trip, we felt so touched and grateful, and it was hard to say goodbye that we truly wished we had more time together. Highly recommended for any BTS fans visiting Busan!

Operator response

Thank you so much for your heartfelt review—it truly touched me. It was such a joy to guide your family through Busan, and I feel honored to have been part of this meaningful day, especially for your lovely grandmother who is a true BTS fan. Designing the tour with her in mind and seeing how much love and support she received from all of you made the experience even more special. I could genuinely feel the warmth of your family, and spending time with you gave me so much positive energy as well. I hope our paths will cross again someday. Wishing your family continued happiness and good health. Warmest regards, Dylan Korea Go Tours

So helpful

Busan seemed quite spread out and two older ladies really enjoyed seeing the sites instead of working so hard to get to them. CK was informative and a delight to talk with. We had a full day of new experiences!
