Tour was ok, meet up was right at the port terminal, Burgess was busy and noisy, hard to heard tour guide. Scenery was picturesque.
Pick up from cruise ship seamless, comfortable coach. Very attentive and informative guide. Only caution, a lot of walking (10000 steps) involved so a reasonable level of fitness required, but having said that, mainly elderly cruise ship passengers managed to keep up, but were tired afterwards Trip is recommended
We went as a family with two kids and honestly it was a great experience overall. The guide was friendly and kept things moving at a nice pace. The canal ride was a highlight for all of us, very calm and scenic. Only small downside was that the kids wanted a bit more time at a couple of stops, but overall it was a smooth and enjoyable day together.
I joined this tour solo and found it very straightforward. The group was manageable and the guide explained everything clearly without going overboard. The canal cruise was a nice quiet moment. I would have liked a bit more time to wander independently, but it was still a good introduction to Bruges.
We visited Bruges as a family of four and really enjoyed the overall experience. The guide was friendly and made the history easy for the kids to follow. The canal cruise was definitely the highlight—very calm and scenic. We just felt a bit rushed at a couple of stops, as the kids wanted more time to explore. Still, a really enjoyable family day and well organised.
My partner and I booked this tour during a short trip and it was a really nice way to see the city. The guide was polite and not overwhelming, which we appreciated. The canal cruise was peaceful and probably our favourite part of the day. Slightly tight schedule at times, but still very enjoyable overall.
Went on this tour with three friends and it turned out to be a really easy and enjoyable day. Everything ran smoothly and we didn’t have to think about logistics at all. The canal boat ride was a nice break in the middle. Would’ve liked a little extra free time around the main square, but overall a solid experience.
Our guide, Mary, was very informative and gave us time on our own to explore and shop. Our bus driver was fabulous!
Beautiful town. Guide very knowledgeable but frankly seemed a bit overwhelmed by the need to make a slight change in the itinerary to accommodate a ship time change.
Guide was friendly and kept things light, which worked well for all of us. We took canal cruise too, super calm and scenic. I'll say bruges just has that charming vibe that makes you slow down and enjoy. Great pick for a family day.
