Perfect experience, downtown visit with Alessia. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Very professional, pleasant, and well-prepared on the proposed route, which truly surprised us by including a crossing with the River Ferry. 4 hours of the visit passed pleasantly and even too quickly. Even after the end of the visit, she proved to be available to help us with advice on further visits we could do on our own.
Excellent visit all in detail, very professional and attentive to detail .. thanks for everything Irene to the next ..

Tom was a wonderful tour guide. We had lots of laughs and a wonderful experience. Tom was very thorough, knowledgeable and provided lots of tidbits we would not otherwise have known.
My friend and I did Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo and The Bridge with Irene via Viator today. Irene is very organized. The day before the tour, she gave me exact location to meet and described her outfit, so I can identify her easily. She is very knowledgeable, fun loving, personable, engaging. Also she is true New Yorker, she knows a lot about NYC. We had so much fun with her. Both my friend and I would request her again in a heartbeat!
Irene was great! We loved this tour. Very informative and fun! We would highly recommend this tour!!!
Irene was very knowledgeable. We are still remembering details from her tour a day later. It was cold and windy our tour day. Still enjoyable.
