A big applause to the professionalism, friendliness and great availability of all the guides who followed us on our tour of Easter week 2025 in New York. I recommend to everyone a tour with Opentours. We felt pampered by Mattia, Susanna and Gisella. It was an experience that I would like to repeat, this time even more because I could see that they never left anything to chance. Travel with the convenience of being taken to the most beautiful places, with descriptions of historical facts and events.
It was a great tour even in the rain. The host was informative, knowledgeable of all of New York Boroughs, and its history.
Spectacular trip. We saw a lot of New York thanks to the very professional, competent and helpful guides. In particular Marco who accompanied us for 4 days telling us a lot about the city. Highly recommended..... A flaw? Maybe just dinner at the Caribbean restaurant.
It was great to visit all five boroughs. Our guide Juhle was excellent. I was a little disappointed that we were the only non-foreigners on this bus tour. We were on a tour with Germans in Polish people.
Cara D. was an enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable guide who responded to the questions and needs of those on tour with a positive and accommodating manner. The tour itself was an eye-opener to the ‘real’ New York beyond Manhattan and well worth it!
Great guide - Andre (sp?). Good pace, plenty of stops. This turned out to be a dual language tour - half in Italian and half in English. It worked, but it was a surprise..
Our tour guide Erika was lovely and very knowledgeable. She had a good sense of humour and ensured everyone was ok. We got picked up from where we was directed to and there was no problems. All on time and good transportation. The tour was good value for money for the length of the tour and the boroughs visited. We enjoyed the stops for photo opportunities. The information shared was great and there was plenty of opportunities for asking questions. The traffic can’t be helped so no point in moaning about that. I did this tour six years ago and although it covered the same locations (plus one) I still enjoyed hearing all the information and seeing everything again. Highly recommended!
Mr Sergio was an awesome tour guide. He took us to several places and explained about them, he also was prepared for us with water and took us to a Cafe in little Italy where we were able to have small meal. I would 100% recommend this tour and him to anyone who is thinking about coming to New York. In my husband's words "the best decision we made"
A magnificent tour! Most enjoyable! The guide “Sergio” was super informative and super nice. I can easily say it was one of the best ( if not The Best) tour I made with Viator! We explored deeply the untouristy NewYork that we never had the chance to see before. I Loved that tour!!
Sergio is a terrific guide but above all a wonderful person who takes care of the participants of our tours by providing all-round information. Thank you for writing this great review. Opentours was born 17 years ago with the mission to provide our guests with in-depth tours and we greatly appreciate your feedback.
Tour was good. Guide was very knowledgeable about the area and history. Time to take pics and enjoy the area.
