My wife and I had an amazing time with Jeff and three other riders on Friday 10/24/25 with Jeff. As a long time Brooklyn native he had a lot fo interesting stories, historical information, and insights into Brooklyn in general. Although we had been to NYC many times and had biked around Manhattan, this was our first time on bikes in Brooklyn and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Brooklyn is amazing!
We live Brooklyn TOO! Thanks for joining us.
I was lucky enough to have a private tour with Jeff (because no one else signed up, which is not good for the business). The bikes are well maintained and have water bottle holders. Jeff loves to talk about the history of an area he is clearly passionate about. There are areas with beautiful houses and views of the river and some areas that are not so beautiful but it's all part of the history of the different areas of Brooklyn. We stopped for lunch and I never felt pressed for time. It was a great way to get to know an area with a lot of history.
Our tour guide, Jeff, was fantastic! So knowledgeable about the area and very passionate about the history! The only negative was that the listing claimed that “snacks” and “samples” would be included and they were not. Jeff kindly bought us snacks and drinks to make up for the misleading advertising. He was very generous and kind! We had a great day! I highly recommend the tour, just bring your own snacks or be prepared to purchase.
Jeff is a recent addition to our team so thank you for his awesome review... Regarding snacks, while we often make stops at pizzerias, breweries, etc (depending on the group), we include these in our pricing... each tour can be different.... Also, stopping at any specific business with the expectation that our guests are required to spend any money is not legal in NYC, so this is tricky and all the guest usually agree on any stops.... brunch is possible, oysters - whatever- but we do always stop for a bite on our tours.... All the best....
John our guide was great! He grew up in Brooklyn, knows the history, present sights to see, and also gives you a look at where Brooklyn is growing and becoming. Easy ride and we had a great lunch along the way!
Yeah that lunch was great - great Tacos right???? Thank you for your review.
Upon arriving at our meeting place, my wife and I were surprised to see we were the only customers. A small group tour! Our guide Jeff lived in Brooklyn, and was excellent in leading us around the busy local areas. We stopped for lunch at a famous Italian sandwich shop, which was very nice. One small sandwich will feed two. I have marked the score down, as the tour was not as advertised on Viator. Where were the snacks? Also, what happened to Brooklyn Public House, Raaka Chocolate and Widow Jean Distillery. This was an expensive tour, and I do not feel we received value for money.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention - those places are permanently closed. Our stops change each season as Brooklyn is changing - and the the "suggested" routes listed can change depending on the groups needed. Example, I had a group that was into American Baseball and changed the route to see Brooklyn Dodgers first clubhouse.....
We did like the tour and especially that the guide and 3 other people waited for us as wete to late. Good turn, guide Caleb dd a good job but the 3 we give as the tour did not leet what was promised . When requested Caleb told us that he was not even aware of it . Admisson , visit , tasting to a distillary, chocolate house and park were included in tour where we signed up and paid for but not seen. After requesting , the guide stopped for a few minutes . Next to that we did not receive any snacks … also included . So that was disappointing…

We had a great tour around Brooklyn, Jack was very knowledgeable and kept us engaged throughout. It was the perfect way to end our trip. Thank you Jack!
Thank you - we like Jack too....
Great information and really interesting! Five stars for sure! Saw so many fascinating places in Brooklyn and never knew it was so cool and hip.
Yes, Brooklyn is a surprise to many of our guests ... we love it...
The Brooklyn bike tour was one of the highlights of my and my 17-year-old daughter's visit to NYC. We saw much more of Brooklyn than we would have if we had simply walked around on our own and we learned so much from our guide Frank about the fascinating history of Brooklyn from the colonial settlers to the present day. We stopped along the way a number of times to talk and also for a pit stop for a tasty pizza lunch halfway through. If you're looking for a great bike tour, take this one, you won't be disappointed!
Thank you so much for your kind review.
Jack did an excellent job of leading us through Brooklyn on our bikes, and teaching us about the history of Brooklyn!
