The best way to get to the airport!!!
We booked a transfer from our hotel in Maroochydore to Brisbane airport the night before our flight. The pick up was well organised (live tracking and updates of what time your shuttle will arrive). It picked us up right outside our hotel. The drive to the airport was spot on, it was quick and dropped off right outside the international terminal. Thank you also to all of the staff they are lovely! I couldn’t recommend this service enough. We were going to use public transport but this is certainly the way forward! Thank you so much

Consider not using
I entered the correct flight number, date and time into my booking. The booking form asked for the flight details, which I completed correctly.
When I arrived, I was told I should have entered my arrival time instead. However, the website does not mention that it requires the arrival time rather than the flight time.
As a result, I had to wait four hours for the transfer. This was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided if the booking instructions had been clear.

Would not recommend. Unreliable.
Can not recommend. Booked online and received confirmation email with specific pick up time. They didn't turn up as confirmed because they had not been able to reach us on the phone (we had just arrived in the country so hadn't sorted the phone yet). Then sent us an uber and despite specifically telling the operator that we were 4 adults with 4 suitcases and being assured that we would all fit, sent a compact hatchback which couldn't fit us in. After over an hour of stuffing around, we got the train into Brisbane which was so, so easy and reliable. Still waiting for a refund

Left waiting by Viator
The Con-X-Ion staff were wonderful, it was Viator that dropped the ball and never passed my paid and confirmed booking (with Viator) onto the service provider.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Terrible service, they messed everything up for an aged pensioner location, contact details everything and then didnt have the decency to provide a refund. NEVER USE THEM!!!!

Terrible Service
We arrived at Brisbane Airport and no shuttle was arranged and had to get a taxi. The information desk tried to contact Viator and Connexion but no success. We paid $84 for nithing

Never showed
Car never showed up. Info desk at Brisbane airport said Conxion car service had repeatedly not gotten the booking from viator. Finally got a taxi after waiting 2 1/2 hrs.

"THE BUS THAT WAS NEVER THERE"
We came at the pickup area 20 min before said contracted time, waited for 2 hours, trying to reach them thru the numbers given to us to no avail. Finally decided to take an uber ride (which is, I found out to be a lot cheaper, arriving in 2 minutes. After a few hours after settling down at the hotel, I sent an email to them, complaining and requesting for a refund. It was only after a day they sent an email stating that they contacting me via whatsapp(????) 45 minutes after the scheduled time(?!) when it should have been BEFORE the pickup time just to know if we are there already at the pickup area . (Very insulting excuse). I could only surmise that they were not really there. So much for a bad experience.

Take the public transit
Very easy to find and driver was nice . It is cheaper and not to hard to navigate the Transit system. This is more expensive but also much more convenient. For your first time to the city or country , recommend d this. Otherwise , take transit

Nice ride
Be sure to ask where to catch the shuttle. The direction aren't really good. Could not determine where to meet the transfer shuttle.
