Discover the secrets that are hidden in the ancient Bourbon Gallery wanted by Ferdinand II of Bourbon in order to create a military path that would allow the troops to reach the Royal Palace in a short time time.
The Bourbon Gallery is a long underground tunnel built in the mid-19th century by Ferdinand II of Bourbon and is considered the pride of underground Bourbon civil engineering. Rediscovered in 2005, the gallery offers the public a surprising itinerary in the subsoil and in the history of the Neapolitan city. Through the Standard route it will be possible to appreciate the war refuge, ancient cisterns of the Bolla Aqueduct, fragments of statues, vintage cars and motorcycles found during the safety measures.

The most unusual and unexpected two hours underground!
Although I have been to the museum several times before, I have to say that the adventure tour today has exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Marco, has managed to make our tour particularly informative, personal and entertaining. A true professional! The site has improved and enlarged its offer and counts with four different guided tours. Great time pass for children, teenagers and adults!

Best Tour We Took in Italy
This was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. My 20 year old grandson, my husband and I all thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It is very well worth taking.

Bourbonnica tunnel
This is a tour with a guide with a choice of English language or Italian. i chose the English group to make the tour before the end of the day. The guide leader was difficult to hear from the end of the line as there 50 people in the group. Other groups are near, and make noise to themselves, in the group some guests translate from English to Portuguese while the guide speaks making hearing impossible. English is not my first language, I found it was not clear to hear the guides words. A fierce man shouted in a loud voice to “shut up” the other group - I wanted to shake his hand very much, Italians can be sometimes too loud!!!
I enjoyed the visit but could not hear clearly in the tunnel.

Fun and informative!

Great for Multiple Interests: Geology, History, Culture, etc.! Amazing Experience
This is an amazing experience for people with many different interests. It is fascinating from a geological standpoint, as well as historical and cultural. It is simply an excellent tour with amazing sights and very interesting tales of the various uses of the tunnels. If you have the time, this is something not to miss!

Great little stop off for an hour or so!
Our tour guide was excellent, with excellent English! Interesting history of the use of the caves and how they have developed over the centuries.

Our tour guide, Martina, was incredible. Very knowledgeable, extremely kind, and alert in the tunnels as she navigated us. Martina was happy to answer any questions the group had. The tunnels are quite the sight! I would definitely recommend this trip!

A blast from the past
Beautiful experience. Recommended for Neapolitans who want to discover what lies beneath their feet, and tourists curious to know unimaginable places that surround legends and folklore of Naples. Passionate and prepared guides, we have done the adventure route, we will definitely return to do the others. All crowned by a last purchase made at the vintage shop, with wonderful items!
