Description
Enjoy a relaxing sunset cruise in Boston Harbor which heads out to Fort Independence located on Castle Island and named after George Washington. Then take in views along Boston's waterfront such as the Mystic Tobin Bridge, Leonard Zakim Bridge, Custom House Tower, Old North church steeple, USS Cassin Young, and the USS Constitution. An extra special feature on this cruise is the cannon fire at Sunset, which is presented off the USS Constitution every night to announce the setting of the sun. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time to check-in at the ticket booth, obtain boarding passes and pre-board. Please note this is not a private experience. A maximum of 12 guests are permitted per booking. There may be up to 140 guests onboard

Great sunset cruise
Great value for all we got to see and experience! Beautiful sunset cruise! The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and we got to be apart of the sounding of the cannon from the US Constitution!

Very nice boat, loved the history lessons over the PA. Caption was very funny. Good drinks and great service as well! Would recommend for sure.

Boston sunset cruise
It was good but I guess I expected a little more history of the buildings on the skyline. And we didn't have a great sunset but I realize that is out of your control. We enjoyed ourselves, for sure.

Let me down
Cruise was canceled. I was very disappointed - They sent an email but I was on a plane so it didn’t come thru for hours. We were looking for an Uber before we realized it was canceled.

Awful don't do it!
When we went to book this excursion, we spoke to someone on the phone due to our party being 20 people big. On the phone the agent let us know that the event was from 6:30-8:30 but that you could check in between 6-6:30. We first went to the main office of this place. It was closed at 6.. interesting. We tried waving down the crew on the boats from the same company but they were very focused. We called countless times. We noticed on the tickets it had a different address which was about 2 blocks away. We went there and found another desk in an office of many boats. we must of arrived by 6:15 at the latest. During this entire time we had 4 different people calling any number we could find on the tickets, on the side of the building, viator, all of the above. At that time another boat company had mentioned to us that the people that represent this company had left early. When I finally got ahold of someone on the sales side they stated there was nothing they could do as they only sold the tickets and that the main office closed at 6pm. And when I stated that I had started calling at 5:55 and no answer they again stated there was nothing they could do. You'd think that a party of 20 would be big enough to at least call and see if something had happened or if we were in the right place. Really disappointing.

We are sorry to hear that you weren't able to attend due to difficulties in finding the location. Unfortunately, it sounds like you may have been in contact with the wrong company on several occasions. This trip was always scheduled to depart the dock at 6:00pm, so we would not have suggested checking in between 6:00pm and 6:30pm as that would mean missing the trip. Your trip was at 6:00pm, and we had another boat leaving at 6:30pm, so our ticket office would not have been closed at 6:00pm, so you were likely at the office of a different company. The address on your tickets was correct, so you likely initially went to Long Wharf instead of Rowes Wharf, which explains why you were at the wrong office and talking to the wrong crew and got some bad information. We also do not have a separate sales office that would not be able to help with ticketing and directions, so that call was likely also to a different company. We do see one missed call from your number at 6:30pm, but this was 30 minutes after the boat departed, and no message was left with us. We are very sorry that we were not able to provide you with the great experience that we strive to deliver for all of our guests and for the frustration you experienced with getting misinformation from various external sources. Very professional tour...
Very professional tour that cruised across the Boston Harbor. 2 hours was sufficient time to cross the breathtaking skyline twice.

Good cruise
Narrations were good and not overwhelming. It had rained the day before and all the seating outside was wet. This was the only dislike. Everything else was great.
