Great value trip and exceeded our expectations. Staff were very professional and courteous. We missed one day as the boarding point was further out than we first thought, but thankfully the operator allowed us to change .
We couldn’t find the yatch so I wasted money and time. Nobody would help us. I wanted so much to go on the cruise but I will try again next year…
Had a pleasant cruise with constant drinks being offered- thank you Omar. Weather was not great but a it was a lovely way to see how vast Istanbul is from the water and hear about the history, buildings and districts. Recommend as a relaxing 2 hours.
Brilliant tour superb value for money and service from Yasim was first class !!
The excursion time was changed by the partner but no notice was given by them So we went to the planned location for nothing Furthermore, the new time that we learned about upon our arrival at the planned location did not suit us at all because our cruise had to leave before the end of our excursion!!! So our afternoon was wasted Marc
The guide is a recorded playback in English, and the audio guides for the other languages are heard through an app that you have to download on your Phone and it is a mess!!! Otherwise everything was very correct 👍
So many choices, but I must say that this cruise was fabulous! They have tables set up and everyone gets a good view. Very clean. Very well run. Refreshments included were plentiful and really good. This is probably the best value in all of istanbul. It is a larger boat but with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The tram stops right there also....so Very easy.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was on time. The service on board was impeccable. The audio guide is informative. Highly recommended
This cruise exceeded our expectations as it was only $AUD 12.50 per person and it lasted for 2 hours. The loudspeaker commentary was in English and appropriately spaced between each highlight …rather than a constant babble. The sights were stunning and showcased both historic sights and more modern foreshore developments…as we travelled on a Saturday sunset cruise we were able to witness several weddings taking place which was a surprise bonus. Coffee, water and lemonade were provided free of charge and wine , other drinks and food could be purchased on board. I would recommend this cruise very highly 10/10!!
They cancelled on us! Do not book, not reliable! Last minute, told us not available once they had our money
