Karim was our tour guide and he is great. Full of knowledge about the city and catered to our interests, including restaurant recommendations. We walked around a few neighborhoods and showed us hidden gems especially in old city. Karim is friendly, courteous, and just a nice person. 5/5

We had a wonderful tour of Bordeaux with Silvie. She showed us all the highlights of the city on a 2 hour walk. She was full of interesting facts, giving us the history with pictures to show for added clarity. We enjoyed our private tour of this beautiful city very much!

Walking tour in Bordeaux
Our first private walking tour date was a no-show on the part of the tour guide. Poor communication and then a no show with no explanation. The followup date was great with a great guide Sylvie. I have had many Viator tours in the past so I will remain a Viator customer. Hopefully no more no shows. robert.
