James was our guide in Seattle and to visit the Boeing factory. He knew the history of William Boeing and was so interesting to hear him talk about it. He knew that one of our family had served on a military plane so he drove us to a place to see a KC-46 being built. Most people don't know that you can actually go back to see this. He made an out of the way stop just so we could see the other Boeing museum and visit the bookstore because we had asked about the biography. He was a great tour guide and very entertaining. I highly recommend his tour!
Start by saying that Shawn was brilliant. Engaging and informative. Boeing factory tour is definitely worth doing if you have the time. Good elevated view of the line and Shawn also drove us around the area beforehand which is how we saw them stress testing a 777 Max. You can use a flight simulator and the exhibits are interesting. Really glad we did it.
James was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic! He was also very accommodating in our requests! The Boeing tour was very interesting and informative! Would recommend this tour company if wanting to take the Boeing factory tour!
We had just gotten off a cruise to Alaska, but our family really is still talking about the tour with James to the Boeing factory! He was such an interesting tour guide because he knows so much about Boeing and the Seattle area. And we were glad to bypass all the lines after we got off the cruise. We used the free service on board to check our luggage through to the airport, so we sauntered off the ship with just our carry-ons and bypassed all the long lines of people waiting for shuttles. We were picked up by the red Show Me Seattle van and whisked away from all the crowds on the dock and driven to Edmonds for the tour. Along the way, James told story after story about Boeing. He knew how to guide us so that we got the most out of the tour and the museum afterwards. He also knew the whole campus well enough to drive us around a bit more before and after. We all came away feeling like we had gotten tremendous value for this tour. He dropped us off at the airport after the tour and we thought it was a great way to end a trip to Seattle!
The Boeing Factory tour with the guided transport to and from hotel was a perfect choice to start a week of exploring Seattle, WA without the need to rent a vehicle. The tour guide, James was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and punctual. He was a subject matter expert about the Boeing inventory and history. He provided a Birds Eye view of airport hangers, firehouses and surrounding community infrastructure's . Once inside the Boeing Factory the guided tour was exciting and outstanding! The tour included viewing a working plane factory, the magnitude of engineering accomplishments on display, the post tour provided museum access, and a roof-top view of planes in the final stages of design. A must do tour for adult geeks.
Fabulous tour with an amazing tour guide. James was knowledgeable and personable! He knows do much and wants you to have a wonderful experience. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!
The tour’s meeting point was on the 8th Avenue side of the Hyatt Regency, but we almost missed the bus because we were waiting on the Howell Street side. Anyway, our guide and DJ, Matthew, a professional voice artist, was fantastic. During the drive to the Boeing factory, he kept us entertained with interesting stories about Boeing’s history. On the way back to Seattle, he offered three alternative drop-off points in addition to the Hyatt Regency: the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the Museum of Flight. We decided to get off at the Museum of Flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. The museum was well worth the visit and added even more fun to an already enjoyable day.
Once in a lifetime trip. So well run. A must do in Seattle.
The Boeing factory tour was informative, and I enjoyed it. The tour guide was excellent. The man who transported us to Boeing was very politically opinionated and said some uncalled for things (apologising) about America to some of the European customers. He should keep his opinions to himself. This was not the environment for those discussions. Not impressed.
Great company to travel with. Efficient, friendly, and great organization skills Makes travel easy..
