Santuario Di Santa Maria Dell'Isola Di Tropea

Magnificent
A fantastic experience! We rented a boat without a skipper to explore the wonderful Coast of the Gods around Tropea and enjoy it in complete tranquility. I can truly recommend it to everyone. I would like to make a special mention of Belen, an extremely kind and friendly person, who provided us with perfect service. I had accidentally booked online for a full day, even though we actually wanted to rent the boat for only half a day. Belen arranged everything for us, and the change was made possible on-site with great willingness and courtesy. Thank you, Belen ❤️ The young man who explained how the boat worked was also very kind and friendly and explained everything perfectly. The boat was in excellent condition and extremely well maintained.

Negative experience...never again
I live in Milan but I am of Calabrian origin and I have always been on holiday and when I can I go to the sea. Among the things that I cannot swallow, in addition to the many and usual unresolved and sometimes dramatic problems that plague our region, there is the bad habit of offering poor services at high prices, therefore far from correct, which do not help to get tourism off the ground, indeed, with negative implications for everyone. From Nautica Pi to the port of Tropea we rented a small dinghy with 40 hp engine (both dated) because they did not have boats with nautical pat but what is worse: engine with Trim out of order, in 4 people with flat sea you could not glide! The cost for one day (11.00-17.45)? A good 360 Euros that added to the 65 of fuel make 425 My question is this: does it seem possible to you? And icing on the cake to my observation... you did not inform me of the Trim and the engine seems very undersized to me the response of the collaborator was: you could rent the boat elsewhere! So to poor and expensive Service is added little education. This is unbearable! Thank you for your attention and long live Calabria, the healthy, true and respectful one.

Tuttavia, è doveroso da parte nostra correggere alcune affermazioni, per rispetto del nostro lavoro e della realtà dei fatti. L’imbarcazione da lei noleggiata non era un gommone, bensì una barca open con motore da 40cv, moderna e assolutamente non datata, regolarmente controllata e idonea alla navigazione senza patente. Il Trim era momentaneamente fuori uso, e ce ne scusiamo ma questo non compromette in alcun modo la sicurezza né le prestazioni essenziali della barca e né la possibilità di godersi la giornata in mare soprattutto con mare calmo, Inoltre, le barche con patente erano disponibili, ma lei ha scelto di propria volontà un mezzo senza necessità di abilitazione . Sulle tariffe: il costo è in linea con il mercato, anzi, molti ci dicono che per Tropea sono anche competitivi. Dentro ci sono assistenza, sicurezza, pulizia, assicurazione e tutta la nostra disponibilità. Non vendiamo illusioni, ma facciamo il massimo con serietà. Quello che ci lascia perplessi è il tono fortemente esagerato e denigratorio utilizzato nella sua recensione, non solo nei confronti del nostro servizio, ma della Calabria intera. Siamo calabresi anche noi, e lavoriamo ogni giorno con SERIETÀ e ONESTÀ per offrire accoglienza, affidabilità e qualità. Non è giusto che l’impegno di tanti venga liquidato con giudizi sommari o con generalizzazioni che fanno più male che bene alla nostra terra. Viva davvero la CALABRIA sana, vera e RISPETTOSA fatta di persone che lavorano, investono e credono nel proprio TERRITORIO , anche quando è difficile. 🌟 – Unforgettable experience! 🌟 We took part in this boat tour and we can only define it as an exceptional experience from every point of view. From the first moment we were greeted with great cordiality and professionalism by the crew, always available and attentive to every detail. The boat was clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped, with ample space to relax and enjoy the view. The route was well organized, with stops in spectacular coves and ideal spots for swimming and snorkeling. The water was crystal clear and the feeling of absolute peace. A great strength was the passionate story of the captain, who made us discover curiosities about the territory, local legends and hidden corners that from the ground would be impossible to see. We also enjoyed a small aperitif on board, with typical products and a glass of sparkling wine: an extra touch that made the experience even more special. We absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience the sea in an authentic, relaxing and fascinating way. An experience that we will carry in our hearts! 💙🚤
