I want to especially thank the tour guide, Vanesa, for her excellent work. She was kind, polite, and very careful with every detail of the organization. She demonstrated enormous respect towards all the people in the group, always with a warm, cheerful, and professional attitude. In addition to sharing with everyone and creating a pleasant atmosphere, she provided personalized attention to each traveler. In my case, as I traveled alone, her companionship, willingness, and kindness made this experience even more special and wonderful. She also had the kindness to take photographs and ensured that we all enjoyed the tour. Being a good professional is admirable, but being a person of integrity, humane, and respectful is a choice that deserves recognition. Thank you, Vanesa, for making this trip such a beautiful memory.
