The Blue Eye was such an amazing place to visit! The water was absolutely beautiful and the whole experience was even better thanks to our guide Xhoi. She was incredibly kind, helpful and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. Definitely a beautiful place and a trip I would recommend!
I was a little disappointed with this trip. We had to wait almost one hour for the transport because of the traffic. The organizer was very nice and everything was well organized once we left. The Blue Eye was extremely crowded, so it was difficult to really enjoy the place. It also looked quite different from the pictures we had seen online. We only spent around one hour there.
Very nice guide, extremely helpful and nice!!
Great trip, the Blue Eye is a really beautiful place, and we had a truly nice and knowledgeable guide (Xhoi)
Wonderfully beautiful, the train went up, the hill is steep to walk,Blue Eye with its amazing colors, the whole park so beautiful. The guide Amy so nice and helpful.Highly recommended😘
Very friendly guide We were at the wrong pick-up point. Restaurant Alpha instead of Alpha. After an app with the organization it was arranged in no time that we were picked up anyway. Compliments!
A rather terrible experience. They arrived to pick us up at the meeting point 40 minutes late, but I can even accept that because, given the traffic there was, it wasn't their fault. The Blue Eye spring is beautiful but it's not worth the money spent at all; a great piece of advice I can give tourists is: if you have a car, go on your own, pay for parking which costs little and also the entrance fee, you spend less and waste less time. The worst part came when we were returning; the shuttle dropped us off almost 2 km away from the point where they had picked us up and, since we had parked at that spot, we had to walk for 40 minutes on uphill roads under the sun in 95-degree heat, just because they wanted to avoid the traffic. I'm not giving less than 1 star only because you can't.
Beautiful location! I especially enjoyed the swimming area. The water everywhere was very clear/blue. The host Arvi was great. Very friendly and helpful!
The support is great, the person explains things very well and knows how to adapt to language difficulties.
First, the tour driver was 20 minutes late with no communication. Then the van, which was described to have air conditioning, did not and the vents were blowing hot air. Then, the driver stopped for gas, which should have been done before the tour. So much time was wasted. The tour guide was good. The Blue Eye was a sight to see.
