A Truly Briyani Master and Teacher

Chef Firoz is truly a briyani master. A good and friendly teacher who is willing to share all the secrets and techniques of making gn excellent chicken and mutton briyani. Through out the class he explained in detail every step of the preparation and cooking process. I enjoyed every minute of the class. I am happy that finally I am able to cook a healthy restaurant style of briyani. Thank you chef Firoz
