I was lucky enough to get 2 tickets for my intended time period through this site. Waiting in line would have certainly taken 2 hours. The ice cream shop was across from the entrance and very good. The tickets arrived via WhatsApp as a PDF and you can take the online line. Great organization and easy to carry out, the museum is worth seeing anyway.
Very convenient having the ticket and not having to queue. Extremely long wait lines but we went straight through.

Before you buy, check the gelato tasting shop time. I had a Gugenheim ticket for the morning - the gelato shop only opened 1500. By that time I was back at the airport.
