Overcharged and underdelivered
Knowing what I know now, I feel I was taken advantage of. There were two very nice vans to privately transfer my family of 6 to the resort. On our return to the airport, they sent one standard taxi van for us. It seemed like a bait and switch.
While there, I discovered that Antigua taxi fares are fixed by the government. Unfortunately, we paid a premium price through Biggvee, which appears to be over twice the government regulated taxi fare.
Operator response
Dear jcolson713,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your return transfer did not meet the standard you expected.
At Biggvee Transportation Services, we pride ourselves on providing professional, pre-booked private transportation. Our pricing reflects the level of service we offer, including advance reservations, dedicated vehicles, professional drivers, customer support, and the convenience of guaranteed transportation. While government-regulated taxi fares apply to standard airport taxis, our services are not intended to be a direct comparison, as we operate as a private transportation provider.
That said, we understand your disappointment regarding the return vehicle. We strive to provide a consistent experience in both directions, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve our service. We appreciate that you chose Biggvee Transportation Services and hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the premium experience we are known for.
Sincerely,
Biggvee Transportation Services

Smooth ride, Excellent Driver & Service
This was a great experience. I was a little nervous about our airport transfer given my husband and daughter are motion sensitive and my understanding is that the roads were bumpy.
Biggvee came through. Not only did we have a smooth and comfortable ride we had friendly and helpful service from the moment we were greeted until the airport drop off at our departure. My husband and daughter were comfortable both ways.
We chose the round trip option and it was peace of mind that we would get consistent service to our hotel and back. The ride was smooth, air conditioned, clean and comfortable. Our driver was friendly and super informative about the island and had recommendations for our trip.
Operator response

Awesome.....would use again!
We reserved through Trip advisor/viator and through the company Biggvee. The process was very smooth. The Biggvee driver was awesome. We had a delay during arrival at airport and he waited over 30 extra minutes for us. Also they were prompt for our return trip to the airport. We would definitely use Biggvee again. Awesome service!!
