This was such a beautiful place with multiple waterfalls, ocean views, and 9 different zip lines of varying length and elevation. The staff was top notch and took extra measures to ensure our safety. There are plenty of things to do and see besides the zip lines. Highly, highly recommend!
We had an absolute blast during our 9 line zipline experience. It was both of our first times doing zipline. We opted for the go pro (handheld version versus the one on the helmet). I also were normal glasses for my vision and did not strap them down. They fit pretty snug on my face so they did not come off (if you want the straps they sell some for $5 in their gift shop/cafe). Our group only had 4 people total so we were quick with it (9 lines within 1 hr). The instructors were attentive when it came to helping us put on gear and explained the safety briefing short and to the point. Each line was different elevations and lengths so it made the thrill different each time. You have 3-4 instructors around during your experience if you were to need anything. Highly recommend especially if this is your first time doing it.
Unfortunately it rained - but it was still a great tour that was a lot of fun. Great guides. I can recommend the tour.

We had an amazing time ziplining at Umauma Falls! Our party of five came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday for the second time in row year at the same zipling experience, and it turned into such a fun and memorable adventure. The scenery and waterfalls were breathtaking, and the experience felt safe and exciting. A perfect way to celebrate a special day in Hawaii! Highly recommend! 🌿🌺

I would give 4.5 stars. It was a beautiful day, scenery was beautiful, guides were very experienced and I felt very safe. Overall Zipline experience was very efficient - so efficient that it was lacking character and personality. This is our 3rd time zip lining on an Hawaiian Island. Our other experiences were much more personal with the guides and group - previously the guides were talking and joking with us, having fun, encouraging talking among the group, and even allowing some open arms, upside down, moves (Not sure if that’s safe?). Even my 11 yo daughter commented on the lack of guide interaction. They can really enhance the experience! Less trips per day might allow for more time with participants:-)
