Big Five Safari In Tanzania

We decided to have this experience as a family and we relied on Savannah Explorers given the excellent reviews, right from the start Sultan was always present in supporting us in organizing the trip and with the details, when we arrived our guide Muksini was waiting for us, a very nice guy who accompanied us throughout the safari, a special person attentive to our needs. The facilities where we stayed all turned out to be beyond our expectations. Unforgettable and unique experience, Muksini did everything to help us meet all the Big Five and he succeeded. Savannah Explorers met our needs. Extremely professional and competent, if we go back we will definitely rely on them. Today we leave, we carry in our minds the strength of nature, the smiles of the locals, the splendid sunsets and the silence of the Savannah, what can we say, we now know what African Sickness is.

Impeccable trip organization by Ms. Shamanta, and we had a video call with Mr. Roberto who was in Tanzania, who helped us clear up some doubts and gave us very useful advice. We had a problem with our luggage that did not arrive at the airport, but the staff members immediately worked to resolve the problem, even though it was not their responsibility. The Savannah Explorers staff brought our luggage 2 days later even though we were very far from Arusha. Truly super. The Safari was spectacular and we visited beautiful places and saw many animals even from very close up: our guide Semle was super professional, advising us in the best way on what we should do and see, and above all he managed not to let us miss anything during the whole safari. The vehicle was comfortable despite the damaged road and we never had any problems. The facilities were all up to standard both in terms of rooms and food served, and certainly the most fascinating was the Serengeti Kifaru tended lodge facility with the zebras that came out in front of our tent at night to eat, We were fascinated by the animals but also by the sunsets that manage to make you dream with their intense colors. The trip was above our expectations. I thank all the Savannah Explorers staff for the professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy shown every single day. I recommend everyone to go on a safari with them.

We had a truly exciting experience. Every detail was handled in an extremely professional manner by the Savannah Explorer team. Before leaving, Anderson, whom I thank very much for his availability and competence, helped us create the right vacation for us. Once we arrived, the legendary Duncan and our driver Grayson accompanied us on three wonderful days of Safari, proposing various activities and satisfying all our curiosity, while also speaking perfect Italian. Furthermore, the accommodations they proposed to us are truly top-notch! I highly recommend not missing the Safari in Ngorongoro, a paradise where animals of all kinds coexist and where you can have a picnic next to hippos or observe elephants, buffalo, and zebras up close! We had an absolutely unforgettable safari experience! Our guide Babuu was truly exceptional. His knowledge of the parks was outstanding — he knew exactly where to go and how to navigate the terrain smoothly and efficiently. We always felt completely safe and well taken care of, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment. Thanks to his deep understanding of wildlife and animal behavior, we didn’t just see the Big Five — we witnessed incredible, rare moments that we will never forget. He had an amazing ability to anticipate movement and position us perfectly for the best views. This safari exceeded all of our expectations, and it was largely because of Babuu’s expertise, professionalism, and passion. We couldn’t recommend this experience more highly!

Hello , my name is Catlotta Natoli and I just returned from a wonderful trip! So I definitely want to leave my review! I left with my 20-year-old son to go on a long safari tour that lasted 6 full days. I relied on Roberto from Savhanna Explorere and I had a wonderful time! The tour was long because I absolutely wanted to see the various parks and landscapes, and I wanted to give my son a memorable trip! I was very confused and Roberto directed me in the best way also offering useful tips for traveling with a young boy! We left for Arusha from Dar and S Salaam and Taken a very long ride! Tarangire Park / Manyara / South-central Serengeti and North Serengeti / Ngoro Ngoro and flight to Zanzibar.... I would like to say that sometimes you make good trips and other times EXPERIENCES here, we were lucky enough to live a memorable experience! That will forever remain in our hearts and eyes. And this is also thanks to the wonderful GUIDE that has been assigned to us! Moody speaks 4 languages, speaks great Italian, has a wonderful character , calm, sweet patient and welcoming. Moody knows exactly who is in front of him and what are the best things to do. He is well prepared and he is an amazing driver (very important on those roads) , he can orient himself everywhere. He has eleven years of experience, has studied and knows how to relate to everyone on multiple levels, respectful never intrusive, knows the places the best routes, knows everything about animals, plants and can answer any question!!! Thanks to Moody we had one of the luckiest Safaris imaginable!! In addition to seeing all the Big 5 we were lucky enough to see: a hunting trip by two lionesses who took a baby warthog in front of our eyes (a scene that lasted 20 minutes , really strong to watch live .., We found a mother Cheetah who taught the art of hunting to the two cubs who followed the movements and learned ... we saw a very large Leopard sleeping in a tree, puts on the opposite side still hung a piece of its prey! Then we even saw a huge family of lions eating a buffalo at not even 2 Meters from us! They then told us that 32 lions were counted including 2 lions kings 7 mothers 22 cubs of various sizes and ages! All these are scenes that we have only seen in documentaries, and with Moody we saw everything live!!!! Mody also managed (we don’t know how) to see 2 giant rhinoceroses (practically impossible to find) and hippos out of the water from a distance.. that usually move only at night... In addition to all this we were still immersed for 6 days among the animals and their cubs... January It is the Month of births and all the animals we have Visa They had the little ones in tow. Including of course Giraffes, the wonderful Elephants, the Zebras, the endless number of Wildebeest... Birds of various Like! In short, we strongly advise you to turn to Sachanna to have a memorable experience and ask Moody as a guide because in addition to being very skilled and very professional he is a person full of grace, a wonderful boy with whom to share time! We consider him a friend. And we're sure he sees us as such, too. To live such a long safari with so many trips it is essential to find the right person!!!
