The commentary on the bus tour is interesting and varied. The staff at the stops are very friendly and helpful. The highlight was the tour with Manfred. Luckily, we were also a small group. This way, we had interesting and informative conversations along the way. Would love to do it again.

We have used a number of hop on hop off bus companies and Big Bus is the one we are going to stick with. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We took the red line, the blue line and the wall tour and every person we had contact with was the same. Some went above and beyond to explain choices and assist us. Fantastic service in Berlin and fantastic service in each city/ country we have been on them. Definitely recommend Big Bus tours.

Beware and read what it includes. This tour does not include hop on hop off. It is only a 2 1/2 hour tour on the bus exclusive about the berlin wall. I had to learn the hard way and buy 2 tours with the sane company.
