Important Pearl Harbor Tour Policy Due to strict Pearl Harbor regulations, we cannot meet guests at Pearl Harbor or hand out tickets there. All guests must meet in Waikīkī and ride our tour bus to participate.

Great tour had a wonderful time
We had such a great day on this tour. It was fun, engaging, and full of fascinating information from start to finish. The experience was misrepresented as we would get tickets to the USS Arizona. Instead it was a manual process of standing in line for over 2 hours. The event turned out to be basically a taxi service. We are supposed to get a refund but I haven’t heard more from the tour operator.
Very disappointed and frustrated with this tour. Poor planning, unmet expectations, and not worth the money. Would not recommend. As per tour guide, they promised USS ARIZONA MEMORIAL BOAT TICKET was guaranteed but it’s not. Guide made us stand on the standby line. Waited for 4 hrs to get boat ride because of the delayed tour he cancelled city tour. Paid $$ for nothing. SCAMMERS!!!
All the attention is given to the USS Arizona, what about the other ships, and lives lost. Felt a disservice to all other vessels.
The driver Kenny was really friendly, helpful with recommendations, punctual. But he only takes you there, brings you back, won’t be touring with you. The Arizona exhibition itself is free to enter (just reserve tickets online to ensure a spot on the boat) . Only need to purchase tickets for the other exhibitions(3 more) when you’re there; the volunteers and staffs are super helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up staying there for 8 hours.
We enjoyed our tour. Kama our driver was excellent knowledge about the area and humorous. We enjoyed his many comical insights on the various sites and history. It was better than driving to the site with no interpretation.
Juicy knocked it out of the park with his history lesson regarding December 7. Also his comments on Honolulu and it's environs were excellent. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Our driver Cousin Pe was excellent. He was friendly & knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable. Pearl Harbor was beautiful and very emotional.
It was a wonderful and moving experience. It was great to bring my Daughter and show her some history
