This experience is great to enjoy as a couple or with friends, it is fun and gives the client adrenaline and fun throughout the experience. You will ride on a jet ski in excellent condition and have supervision from the beach throughout the tour. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and the different blue colors of the Cozumel Sea. You will be given instructions for use, life jackets, the rules and limits set for using the jet ski; and your companions will be able to use the waiting area while you have fun. The jet skis that we have can accommodate 2 people sitting comfortably and provide you with good stability at sea so that you feel safe on board the jet ski, during all the time you are being sheltered from the beach by our staff to in case you need help, one of our operators go immediately on the jet ski that you have as patrol.

Very disappointing jet ski experience at San Francisco Beach in Cozumel.
We paid $85 for a 30-minute jet ski rental, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue was that we were not allowed to switch between the kids during the ride, even though being able to share the experience between the kids was one of the main reasons we decided to rent the jet ski.
The staff was not helpful or flexible and made no real effort to find a solution. Instead of making the experience fun and enjoyable for a family, the situation became frustrating and stressful.
For $85, I expected much better customer service and, most importantly, a clear explanation of the rules before we started the ride. If switching drivers was not allowed, this should have been explained before we paid.
Overall, the experience was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this rental company to families looking for fair service, clear communication, and basic courtesy.

Very bad service
We chose this 30-minute jet ski rental at San Francisco Beach in Cozumel expecting a fun family experience, but it turned into a disappointment. We paid $85 and were not allowed to switch between the kids, which made the rental feel unfair and badly managed.
The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, and they showed no interest in helping or explaining things properly. For a short rental at this price, the service should have been much better. I would not recommend this company to families.

Affordable yet wonderful snorkeling experience
We came to San Francisco beach and booked this snorkeling trip.
Amazing experience from beach pickup to finish as t same spot at the beach! The snorkeling guys at boat and booking place were friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable in the water. The snorkeling spots were beautiful, with plenty of marine life to see. The equipment was clean and I even got prescribed snorkel glasses for free, and the crew went above and beyond to make the trip enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a fun in a very affordable price $55 and memorable snorkeling adventure in Mexico for sure.

10/10 no complaints.
It was an amazing experience with sarah, Tyrone, and both mike’s! They were so pleasant and willing to let my friend & I take as many pictures as we wanted. They even helped us get the perfect lighting & took pictures of the both of us with no complaints!
