Important Information

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Service animals allowed
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• There are no cloakroom or locker facilities, so visitors with suitcases or large luggage will be denied access.
• Guests aren’t allowed to stay in the stadium after the tour. Also, the museum is composed of three floors, and once you finish one, returning to a previous floor isn’t allowed.
• You can visit the pitch-side benches and changing rooms on most days. Access is not possible on the days before, during, or after a home game.
• Currently, the itinerary is temporarily reduced due to refurbishment work that limits access to the presidential box and press room. Access to certain areas is subject to the stadium’s discretion, but your guide will ensure you get to explore as much as possible within the open sections.
• If you choose the upgrade, your tapas lunch can be modified to fit different diets, such as gluten-free and vegetarian, or to avoid allergens. Wine and soda can also be served in place of beer if preferred.

Real Madrid stadium tour.

The tour with Tomas was amazing. We were able to go in the VIP area of the stadium which is not always possible. We also were able to go on the field and take pictures. Good tour and good length for the price. We were Tomas first tour at the stadium and he made it feel like he has been doing this all of his life.

Real Madrid tour

Great tour and experience

Tour took about 2 hours, our guide Jose was personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the stadium and Real Madrid. Saw the museum, the changing rooms, pitch and dugouts
