Guide was VERY knowledgeable - lots of information to take in - a perfect way just to see the 'sights' and then go back to another time.
The tour guide was so nice and waited for us after an issue. I would beware by the other scammers in the area trying to say you booked with them. He showed us all of the areas on the list, offered to take photos, gave us time to go through a specific shop. We were only in Berlin for the day and this was perfect to see all of items on my list. High recommend!
This was a great day. You got to see a lot of the history of Berlin and our tour guide was excellent. You need to be ready for a lot of walking but it was well worth it!! You also so quite a few sections of the city throughout the day.
Full day walking tour which took in many of the sites of Berlin. Paul is a great story teller, relaying events of the past to each place we visited. He is very personable and provided excellent suggestions on places to eat. We would highly recommend Paul as a tour guide.
Eugen did an amazing job showing us the many, many highlights of Berlin. He went out of his way to cater to our specific interests and taught us so much history, in addition to sharing interesting anecdotes along the way. We highly recommend this tour with Birchy’s Tours and specifically doing the full day tour with Eugen. It was the best way to make the most of our short time in the city.
Great overall walking tour of Berlin. Cairin was a great guide with lots of knowledge and personal perspectives.
My guide was very knowledgeable and took the time to share the complex history that has shaped Germany and Berlin. This increased my understanding of the sights we were seeing.
The guide was very knowledgeable and provided the necessary background history to understand what and why behind the sites we visited.
After three successful cruises, we booked on the Victor Hugo to go from Berlin to Copenhagen! Suffering from a migraine, I asked to return to the cabin 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The refusal was accompanied by the comment, "when you are not well, you stay at home"; the tone of this trip was set... Cabin on the upper deck tiny, no insulation, boat management and staff not friendly, we were not customers but strangers.... We had made other plans, but it will no longer be with Croisi Europe...
Our time with our guide, Cairen, was extremely interesting and thought provoking. Profoundly knowledgeable and passionate about Berlin history (both pre and post WW2), Cairen also shared his personal connection to the Berlin with photos dating back some 40 years. Must do private tour in Berlin.
