Very easy to book the deposit, unfortunately the host asked me for a QR code to take care of my luggage and I never received a QR code. Despite the customer service who gave me a code to rebook for free, no QR code in my email I had to rebook with another partner which wasted a lot of time on my visit day. Too bad!
