Description
Short on time in Berlin? This 3-hour guided bike tour covers the city's essential sights, plus a few spots you might ride straight past on your own, with a licensed local guide sharing the history as you go. Start at Checkpoint Charlie and one of the few remaining stretches of the Berlin Wall, then see some of the last Nazi-era buildings still standing. Visit Bebelplatz, the heart of Prussian Berlin, ride down Unter den Linden and stop at the Reichstag to talk about the Nazis' rise to power. The tour also takes in the Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island, with time for photos throughout. Ride a classic bike or an e-bike. Classic and e-bike riders share the same guide, route and group, so everyone stays together. Tours run in English, with Dutch departures too. Your bike, helmet, bike bag and map are included. Tours start at our shop at the base of the TV Tower in Alexanderplatz.

Great way to see highlights in a busy city.
Great way to cover a lot of distance with minimal effort. There was minimal effort required, even without an e-bike. Our guide, Yael, was awesome - adding interesting tidbits about the sites we stopped at and making excellent recommendations after the ride. The area was overly crowded due to an in-line marathon event in the same area, but Yael was able to modify on the fly to have us see all but one of the sites, and more importantly to keep us safe.

Wheel Berlin
It’s a three hour guided tour that gives value beyond those few hours spent cycling around some of Berlin’s most famous landmarks. Because it’s packed with history, sightseeing and a guide (thanks Simon) who brings the city to life. All this is also enhanced by meeting new people from around the world who share a similar curiosity and want to learn more about the place they are visiting.

Fun and the best to way to get to know Berlin and the history

This was a tour where I had extreme fun. Yesterday I took a three hour walking tour and we covered a lot of ground. This today also covered the same ground but with a bike. Our guide being a different person than yesterday imparted some different info. But the biggest fun was that I was on a bike. A three hour bike ride with Berlin highlights. Can't get any better than that. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
