So me and my friend came here as she has never gone to any of the dungeon experiences. We were helped straight away with booking an English tour. The people at the desk were very friendly. Loved the shows, I honestly think it’s a great way to learn some of Europe's darker history and stories from real people. I also have to apologise to everyone who was on the boat ride with me as my friend decided it would be funny while in the pitch dark to grab my shoulder causing me to shout some very questionable language choices lol.
It was a ton of fun. We were definitely not bored 👌🏼
Most of the time it was completely dark and there was a lot of talk/writing. There was a little shock effect but was disappointed
Much of the time it was dark and there was a lot of talk/writing. Was a little shock effect but generally I would not recommend it
The actors were great, but the actual experience itself is virtually identical to the London Dungeons. The ride wasn't working either so it also felt very short. With it being practically the same as London, I didn't learn anything new which is a shame as it's not like Germany is lacking in history. The London, Amsterdam and York dungeons are all so individual to their areas so Berlin does not stand up to them. I was planning on doing Hamberg and Edinburgh too, but I'll do better research before going to avoid another repeat experience.
Great fun experience, the actors are very good! The only thing to make it better would be to have darker corridors between the rooms and single groups going through the mirror maze
What a horrible experience. I went with my daughter - who was a bit hesitant to go due to the scare factor. People were shoving each time we moved rooms that we kept getting separated. When we went on one of the rides - the person leading us told us we needed to separate. I explained that I was with my child and she retorted "there are lots of children here" and forced me into a row far from my child. We were both so upset after we had a horrible time. The rudeness was shocking. Don't waste your money.
This is good for children below 10 but very boring for adults (or even teenagers).
What a wonderful experience this was. The entire dungeon was so well done and the employees and staff were so nice to help us out with a mistake that we made on booking for the wrong date. I was able to show them the mistake and they accommodated us to be able to view the attraction.
We had booked a birthday group and had to do the tour with about 30 other people. Nowhere does it state that multiple groups do the tour at the same time. I did not see half of it because there were simply too many people in the room blocking the view. Furthermore, some machines in the building were out of order. I think the actors did a good job, but I did not find it scary.
