We visited the Benidorm Palace recently whilst on holiday in Benidorm, to see Trivium, and it was a great evening. Quality of the acts was amazing - full of singing, dancing, magic and acrobatics, which we all really enjoyed. Only slight negative was the time it took for waiters to attend to tables when you wanted to order drinks, but given how busy it was, it wasn't unexpected. Definitely worth a visit.
Very disappointed with the overall experience of the Benidorm Palace. Having read the dress code before hand and then having it confirmed via a phone call that no FLIP FLOPS were to be worn by ladies. I had to go out and buy a pair of sandles only to find later at the show that lots and lots of ladies were wearing flip flops. We were shown to our table by a member of staff. We realised that we would be able to see very little from there so asked to be moved and he just laughed in my face and said not tonight. In front of us was a table with a much better view that had a reseved sign on all night but was never occupied. The was a light on our table which we had to illuminate for waiter service, we sat there 45 minutes with it lit there was no sign of a waiter coming to serve us. So we went to the bar where there was 1 waiter serving. The waiter didn't appear at our table to serve us the whole show. Very bad customer service all round. The show was very good in parts and just okay in other parts. We won't be returning anytime soon.
We have replied to you on another media page as the same opinion was written there as well but just to clarify the main points. We request no flip flops as the dress code is smart casual and if a table is reserved it is because the tickets have been bought with the tapa so they have the table reserved and we need to respect that.
The show was fantastic ,we all loved it. This show was organised well the music, dance and lost more l just recommend to anyone.
Spectacular. If I had to find a fault, it would be the delivery of photos in the middle of the show. We couldn't choose well. The ticket vending machine could be in the same room as the doorman. You have to go out and come back in. The quality and presentation of the food were very good.
Very nice show! Professional, beautiful outfits, good music. During the break you can dance with the live band. Highly recommended! Thanks Benidorm Palace!
Great night for a family night out. Paid 70euro per person including show and food Ceasar salad, soup, steak and dessert well worth the money show was great pressed a button for table service for drinks no smut just a family friendly musical.
We went to see the show on recommendation from last year’s show from a colleague. What a show! Brilliant in every way - concept, performers, set design, costume, lighting and direction - bravo all. All staff were friendly, drinks really well priced and tasty tapas. We will be coming again next year for sure!
We visited Benidorm palace, the experience was amazing! The show is fantastic, the performances were professional and awe inspiring. The Trivium show was full of different forms of dance, acrobatics & magic. We would definitely return.
Amazing performers, fabulous costumes, fantastic stage and lighting. We really enjoyed the show. Sadly the dinner we had booked before hand as part of the ticket spoilt our experience at the Benidorm Palace. We were sat in D8. Directly behind my seat were dirty plates, left over food and soup in a jug waiting to be served. This along with the female waitress scraping food waste from one plate to another. You spoiled our evening.
We went for the show with the steak meal and weren’t disappointed. Haven’t been to a show like this for years but really enjoyed it. The staff were very attentive and organised.
