Description
The Benagil Express Gold Tour last's 2hours, and departs from Portimão, heading eastwards. You pass the castle of S. João do Arade at Ferragudo and head out to sea, following the coastline of cliffs and coves, passing the amazing rock formations at Boneca and Algar Seco, past the beaches of Carvoeiro, Centeanes and Carvalho, before coming to Benagil where you can see one of the most famous sea caves. All along the route, the Benagil Express takes you into 10 or 12 different caves (depending on the sea and weather conditions), all stunning in their natural beauty. Past Benagil, time to see the gorgeous sea arches at Praia da Marinha, considered one of the most picturesque beaches in Europe and to enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea, if you wish.(Swimming subjecto to sea conditions)

The tour is made along the coast, passing by the famous Praia do Carvoeiro considered in 2018 the «Best Beach in Europe» by the European Best Destination,
Algar de Benagil
If the sea conditions allow we completelly enter the Algar de Benagil, i.e. the famous Benagil cave.
Praia da Marinha
We will surround the famous Archs of Praia da Marinha, where we stop for a swim in the hot summer days (if sea conditions will alow).
Carvalho Beach
Spectacular Small Beach with stunning scenery and crystal clear water.
Ferragudo
Ferragudo is one of the most beautiful silhouettes of a seaside village to be found in the entire Algarve. A fishing village with the most idyllic images of this coast of Lagoa.
Praia Grande
Praia Grande is located in the parish of Ferragudo, municipality of Lagoa, in the Algarve, in Portugal. This beach is located on the estuary of the river Arade at the entrance to the port of Portimão, east of the Castle of São João de Arade, which can also be seen from the boat.

Fantastic trip along the coast of Portugal.
A must for everyone who wants to see the cliffs of Portugal from a different perspective! Inexpensive, nice staff, and uncomplicated registration make this experience something that everyone can do! Gladly again!

Fun speed boat to Benagil Caves!
Fun boat ride to see the Benagil Cave! It was a great way to experience the coastline and see the cave from the water. The guides were friendly and informative, and we enjoyed learning more about the area along the way. The seats weren’t the most comfortable, especially for a longer ride, but the speedboat made the trip back nice and quick. We think it would be especially fun for kids who enjoy a little adventure and excitement on the water!nOverall, a fun experience and a great way to see the Benagil Cave. ⛵️🌊
