We'll spend one hour and half sailing the Atlantic Ocean as we head towards the famous Benagil Cave, one of the most fascinating places in this part of southern Portugal. Get your cameras ready! As night begins to fall, we'll marvel at a breathtaking sunset over the magnificent landscape. We'll also get to admire the Alfanzina Lighthouse as we approach Benagil Beach, one of the special places on the Algarve coast. Allocation of reserves is automatic. It was an interactive boat experience. The family had a great time, we wish we would have actually seen a sunset, there were too many clouds.

The trip itself was OK, but the directions on how to get there were terrible. The address they gave us dropped us off where nobody was, and we ran around for almost 30 minutes and just barely made the excursion. It was hidden at the very back of the marina. They must give better directions on how to get there. It was extremely stressful. We have taken many Viator tours and never had this type of problem before.

I looks good in the pics, but cramming 30 people on the boat It wasnt good at all. Staring at the back of people's heads the whole tour, my daught couldn't see anything. The worst part was the driver, over all driving skill was a 6 out of 10 (i used teach boat operations), but the absolute worst part was as the sunset he drove towards the sun then stopped so o ly the people in the very front and the people on the raised part could see. Not sure why he wouldn't turn so everyone could see better. My 3 star would be lower but I really enjoyed Teago (the guide) he was the high light with good knowledge.

Exactly 23 hours before the scheduled booking, I received an email from the operator informing me that the yacht trip had been cancelled due to “bad weather.” **This explanation is completely unacceptable.** Other boat trips operating from the same location were running normally that day, without any apparent problems, and the weather conditions were perfectly suitable for the activity. What is even more unacceptable is that **I was not offered any alternative whatsoever** — no alternative date, no different yacht, no replacement activity and no other solution. After sending that one brief email, the company simply **stopped communicating with me.** To this day, I have received no further explanation, assistance or attempt to resolve the matter. Under these circumstances, **I have serious doubts about the actual reason for the cancellation.** The fact that my booking was cancelled at the very last moment, just 23 hours before the scheduled departure, while other boat trips from the same location continued as normal, raises legitimate questions. I cannot prove what the actual reason was, but **the circumstances are highly questionable.** For a booking worth approximately **€900**, this level of service is **absolutely unacceptable and completely unprofessional**. If the trip genuinely could not take place due to weather conditions, a professional operator should have **taken responsibility, contacted the customer and made a genuine effort to offer a reasonable alternative.** Instead, I was simply left without the service I had booked and paid for, with no meaningful assistance and no further communication. **This is one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I have had when booking a tourist service.** **I strongly advise against booking with this company.** When paying approximately €900 for a service, customers have every right to expect reliability, professionalism, proper communication and respect. **Unfortunately, I experienced none of these things.**

It's worth it. Beautiful late afternoon light. The tour is nice and sufficient. At the start, there is a lack of organization and it could be better run, but once at sea, everything is fine. Bring a sweater if it hasn't been warm during the day.

The activity is very suitable, the problem is we started 30 minutes late, by which time it had already gotten very dark and the return trip was practically at night, reducing visibility. The duration of the activity is 90 minutes but it only lasted 70. We spent an hour waiting to leave. The space available on the boat is small but they go fast, so it is fun. I would ask the organization to be punctual.
