Willian was my guide and he was amazing. We trekked through the beautiful rainforest and ended at an amazing waterfall ! We also got a nice view of the Igauzu River. I highly recommend this excursion!!!

Me and my friend took the walk to the Iguaçu River. It was very pleasant, of moderate difficulty, but each could do at his own pace. The very friendly norico guide showed us details about the forest, did an energetic exercise and helped us to relax, including with aromatherapy. I still took a bath in the river and waterfall . That was great! I recommend!

In difficulty, it is a moderate track. There are steeper stretches that are only possible to be made with the help of the strings there. There are tb steps made in the ground itself and wooden stairs in some stretches. If your knees aren't good, don't risk! Outside, you get to a waterfall and a stretch of the river Iguaçu.

@Iguazú Wellness This is not exercise, or hiking, or jogging. It is simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Forest Bathing is like a connectivity. By opening our senses, connectivity between us and the natural world. This feeling that is so hard to put into words, we all know that how good being in nature can make us feel. The sounds of the forest, the scent of the trees, the sunlight playing through the leaves, the fresh, clean air --- these things give us a sense of comfort. They ease our stress and worry, help us to relax and to think more clearly. Being in nature can restore our mood, give us back our energy and vitality, refresh and rejuvenate us forever. I love all your activities and experiences, I learnt a lot from your Teachers and Therapeutics they have so much knowledge and you experience. Thank u so much Iguazú Wellness for giving me those Beautiful Experiences.
