This was a highlight of our time in Paris. The boat ride is amazing. The food was very good. The singer was fantastic.
Easy to find and easy check in. Great seat for 2 by a window. Attentive wait staff. Good food. Relaxing cruise. More wine than we could drink! Great attractions along the river.
Very nice an elegant, perfect way to view Paris from the river.
This cruise was very underwhelming. We paid a huge premium for a window table which was a total waste of money. All we saw was the concrete wall on the side of the river and some trees, or moored house boats. The only monument that could be seen is the Eiffel Tower briefly. The food was very below par. For anyone who has done the magnificent dinner cruise in Budapest and seen the beautiful buildings lit up, don’t bother with this one innOaris it is waste of time and money.
Boat broke down and the organisation was terrible. They put us on a normal site seeing boat with no food or water, no lights in the toilets, and I nearly broke my ancle. No staff to help. Back 30 minutes late to the arrival port tired and stressed. Was lovely until the boat broke down and after that they could not care less. No apologies even. An utter disgrace for the money. I can understand that things go wrong, but the communication and care when it did was so poor. I even had to demand they give us some water for the replacement boat, never mind the alcohol we had paid for.
Very good food, great service and beautiful views! I highly recommend! Could only take outside photos off the small stern area but got in some great shots of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night.
Finding it can be tough if you haven’t been to Paris. If you’re being dropped off, be aware there is traffic as that time of day is busy. Consider requesting a window seat if you don’t want random people in your pictures.
We really enjoyed this trip - the views were wonderful. Staff were helpful and attentive. Food was great and the experience was very relaxing. Would definitely book again.
Another excellent experience at Bateaux Parisian excellent service, great guided tour and wonderful lunch cruise on river Seine
An excellent experience with lovely food and views. However, for so e reason we were the very last to get served even with Diamond status. This meant that our meal was very rushed at the end. Lots of waiting about at the beginning with very limted seating, not good for anyone who has a problem standing.
