Basic Desert 3 Days 2 Nights from to Marrakesh

My family and I took this splendid 3-day tour in the desert. The landscapes are spectacular, but everything was made more fascinating by the explanations of our local guide Mohamad ait Haddou, who with his friendliness and experience knew how to make everything interesting and exciting. Our driver Nordine proved to be an expert on the road and the routes, which are not always easy to travel, taking care of our comfort as passengers. The whole tour is organized to perfection, all the stops are in scenic locations, and the accommodations are splendid. Highly recommended! Not to be missed!

I suggest this experience to everyone. The tour was followed as scheduled; the added value for us was Mohamad Ait Haddou, a guide who shared with us everything there was to know about Moroccan culture, the history of this nation, and the places we visited. Without him, the tour would not have been the same; he was always very attentive to our needs and always smiling. We visited enchanting places like the Todra Gorges and Ait Benhaddou, lived magical experiences like the camel ride to reach the tented camp, and stayed in very beautiful accommodations both in the Dades Valley and in the tented camp (I suggest the Premium version). The dinners offered during these two days were the best of our entire stay in Morocco. If you don't try this experience, you are crazy.

A wonderful experience, Hassan is a kind guide who is always available and present. The Riad on the first night and the tented camp in the desert were very beautiful and clean, and the dinners and breakfasts were good. The Sahara will remain in our memories.

We did this excursion in August, it was hot, but honestly I thought it would be worse. The fatigue of the trip was fully rewarded by the beauty of the desert and its charm!! The camel ride is exciting, especially seeing the sunset among the sand dunes, it takes your breath away!! The tents are cozy, obviously you are not in a 5-star hotel, but we slept very well and ate just as well. The staff is truly kind and fun, even in the evening when they entertained us with their music!!! But the most special thing, the most beautiful thing absolutely, was the sunrise....I have no words to describe this moment for me unforgettable, almost moving!! I highly recommend this experience. We left Monday from Marrakech to arrive in Fes on Wednesday. They were wonderful days, our guide and driver Mbarak was fantastic! Living an experience like this with a local is absolutely necessary, because he manages to make you live the trip by telling it in the smallest details. I recommend this experience to anyone who wants to live some authentic days! Thanks Mbarak and thanks Morocco 🇲🇦 ❤️

Magical desert experience. Crossing the dunes completely immersed for an hour and a half in this wonderful landscape was an unparalleled experience. The impression of the management of the tented camp was also very positive.

Amazing experience…we took this trip to Morocco as a family with two children aged 10 and 12, and among many things, we booked the 3-day excursion into the desert with departure and return to Marrakech. It is practically a fairy tale, the children were amazed, and the Sahara Desert is stunning. Among other things, we had a guide named Mohammed with us, who, knowing the area perfectly and also being impeccably prepared in the history of the territory (and beyond), made the trip even more exciting. If you have the chance, request his presence because, among other things, he speaks Italian very well and is truly knowledgeable.

An experience to repeat, I must thank the guide Mohamad ait haddou, he was truly thorough in his explanations of every stop we made, truly a wonderful and kind person.

Describing these three unforgettable days in words is almost impossible, because everything was simply perfect. A special thanks goes to our travel companions: the guide Mohammed, who won us over with his passion, friendliness, and willingness to tell us about every place, and the driver Hami, always precise and attentive at the wheel despite the long hours of driving. With them we had a lot of fun and we constantly felt safe. The itinerary and stops were nothing short of enchanting: from Aït Ben Haddou to the Dades Gorges, passing through the Todra Gorges and the gateway to the desert (and many other places). The first night, spent at the Riad Gabsi Dades, gave us a magical atmosphere among mountains, an amazing pool and view, impeccable service, and delicious food both at dinner and breakfast. The highlight of the trip, however, was the desert: on the way there, a wonderful two-hour camel ride at sunset. The night, spent in a very clean tent camp (with excellent dinner) and equipped with every comfort, culminated in an indelible memory: Mohammed took us to the top of a dune to chat under an expanse of stars, illuminated only by the moonlight. We were moved and thanked him for giving us an indelible memory. On the way back, the quad bike excursion added an extra touch of adrenaline and fun. Both experiences, although tiring, are absolutely worth it to experience the desert from different perspectives. On the last day we also had the pleasure of meeting Hassan, the manager, an exquisite, helpful, and very nice person. I will never forget this trip and I will forever keep Mohammed and all of you in my heart. Thank you because, through your presence, your stories, and your attention, I was able to get to know, understand, and fall in love with the colors, flavors, scents, and soul of a wonderful culture.
