Our driver Mohsan was very accommodating and picked us up closer to our terminal. He was already at the meeting point as soon as we exited the cruise terminal He also assisted with our luggage which we really appreciated. We are booking him again for our airport transfer!

Was a bit worried at first because we didn’t get any message from the driver the day before. Good thing viator customer service was very nice to give us the tour provider’s number and details. The pope was in town and we heard a lot of transport to the city were delayed and stalled due to the traffic. This was not the case for us! We were at our hotel in no time. We expected large van/bus for family of 11, instead were met by two cabs. The drivers were cordial and professional, but luggage and seating were a challenge.

4 cruise ships at Barcelona port and huge queues. Our transfer was waiting and were at our hotel in 15 minutes from getting off the ship. Friendly and helpful driver.
