I had a terrible experience using the Go City pass, and I strongly recommend buying official tickets directly instead. It costs MORE than direct tickets: I bought the 3-attraction Barcelona Pass for €114. For context, direct official ticket prices for the top three sights are: Sagrada Família (with guided tour): €30 Park Güell (with guided tour): €35 Casa Batlló: €35 Total official cost: €100. You are literally paying €14 more just to use Go City. Misleading restrictions: After buying the pass, I discovered you cannot even book certain major attractions together (for example, choosing between Sagrada Família and Casa Batlló). Go City does NOT inform you of these mutual exclusivity rules before you purchase. It feels incredibly deceptive. Extremely limited timeslots: Even if an attraction is available, the timeslot options for pass holders are severely restricted compared to booking directly. Popular attractions showed almost no availability through the pass, while the official websites had plenty of open slots. No guaranteed entry: Buying a pass does NOT mean you have a confirmed ticket. You still have to make separate reservations, and you carry the constant risk of them canceling your booking at the very last minute.

We purchased a Barcelona Pass. Allegedly worth €180.00. However, we were only approved for 3 attractions. I could have lived with that. However, I find it to be a scam if I can only use the Hop On Hop Off bus for 2 hours, even though it is valid for 24 hours. Our city trip is limited; we have already been waiting for 30 hours for clarification from Go City. Every time we inquire, we have to explain the entire problem again because there is no chance to communicate directly with customer service. Never again! We are still waiting for feedback.

I purchased a Go City pass about 3 months before my trip in June. We are yet to go on our holiday and I am already majorly regretting this choice it has been the biggest headache and caused so much stress. My partner and I have had two unexplained cancellations between us, one for the Sagrada Família which we then could not rebook as it was only a month away. I tried ringing Amigo Tours over multiple issues and they just say it’s a problem with GoCity and can’t help. Today, the week of our trip, my transport to Montserrat has been cancelled and my partners has not and there is no other day we can go. I do not think it’s worth the money and I would encourage people to book each attraction privately for ease, less stress and it is not that much more expensive. There is no easy way to contact GoCity, they don’t answer messages or emails and there’s no phone number I can locate. Not worth it- I just hope now we’ve committed nothing else goes wrong.

The proposal of the different tours offered, allows you to organize your holiday by selecting those of interest and at the same time save on the purchase of individual tickets. Too bad that on PC only the selected attraction is shown in the map and not the others, making it difficult to understand the distances between them. Not all tours are conducted with the same level of professionalism and sometimes there are few ratings.

I stayed in Barcelona for 7 days and boight the 5-days pass. Totally worth it, it made me experience so many things I would have probably missed without the pass. It aldo made me save many on all the attractions I visited. Loved the little things you don't find in orher passes, like food and drink experiences
